Hey guys! I'm referring to my issue from last week concerning deleted/timouted messages still being shown in the standard chat widget in my stream overlay. I also used Ultimate Chat Widget by MrBoost, same issue there.
Streamlabs has similar issues. I know that it works with TipeeeStream Chat Widget. Could you please forward this to the devs? Or should I post an idea to fix that in the communty-board?

Having some issues with commands. There’s a couple commands not showing up where I can edit their access. The main thing is I want to make add/delete quote a mod only thing but anyone can view quotes. Right now I can’t find anywhere to edit the command at all but it’s showing up on my page like anyone can add quotes. How do I change it?

MR is not a bot, its being helped by the bot yes, but the system has been changed in a way
that it doesn't allow at a minimum, sound to be played from 2 sources
in this case from the dashboard or OBS.Live at the same time
at least the dock and the dashboard
plus this helps mods/editors to have like access to it, without disturbing the current play and be able to enter the settings
without disturbing the flow, as before if they enter the MR widget for the overlay or even the main playing window on the streamer's side would spaz out

Hello! I want to create a custom !song command and make it say what the song is currently playing. This should be a custom command because the streamer I work for uses another donation service. I know that you have your own donation service, but this is not my decision, so no offense ^_^ So, the service she uses doesn't provide API to get the name of the currently playing media, but they have a widget for OBS to display the song. I opened the widget in a browser and easily extracted text with document.querySelector('.iss-element').textContent. I can get the text content, but I can't understand how I can paste it in the bot command. Any help?

@wind narwhal There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security
WARNING: In submitting a closure request you will delete both linked accounts and loose all data from both accounts. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data(tips, subs, etc). You can still relogin with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

I have realized that if somebody gifts e.g. 10 subs to the twitch audience, streamelements gives notification for just around 3 of the 10. All single subs have always a notification, so the missed alerts are just if somebody gifts multiple subs.
Is that normal? Can I change this?

@zenith widget Thanks for the fast reply. In the activity feed there are all notifications, so there is no one missing. Just in the twitch chat there are missing messages about the subs. Me and the users saw it during the stream and my chat logs confirm it, too.
If I replay this "X gifted 5 Tier 1 subs" alert, the chat bot doesn't repeat the sub notification at all (seems to be supposed like that), so it's hard to test, but we see this problem since a few weeks.

Hey guys, for some reason, I keep getting a timed message from stream elements during my stream that only says "Response Message" throughout the entire stream every like 15 minutes or so.
I checked the timers in stream elements, and I dont have any timers set up with that message and its starting to get annoying because I dont know where the hell it's coming from.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I'm having a bit of a regex issue - mostly because I don't know what I'm doing.
I'm trying to make a command from my bot that when someone says F in chat, it counts up 1 each time it's used.
Response: Chat has paid respects $(count $(1:)) times
Regex: ^(F|f)$
Any help would be awesome
If anyone knows how to do that command and also make it so if someone said "F something" It would give a different count/response for that particular thing too, that would be a lifesaver

I'm having a problem with a notification for gifted subs 🤔 I'm trying to stop text to speech from saying "NAME gifted a Tier 1 sub to NAME! They have given X Gift Subs in the channel!"
This texted is read out regardless the amount gifted. i have "Announce action" disabled yet but it keeps reading it out

- Click on your Channel Name at the top of the dashboard and select Settings
- Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)
- Send this invite to a mod/manager to give them access to your dashboard. The link is one-time-use and expires after 72 hours if not accepted

any notifications from him don't pop up, subs cheers, store sfx redeems nothing, but everything else works for everyone else.
I have gotten him to clear his browser and try another one, and try redeeming from both chat and the widget.
I also can't replay any alerts from him, but can replay other peoples alerts.

Yeah I'm not sure why I'm having the issues with the alerts not working for all followers. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my account and that still isn't helping. I've logged out, logged back in. Both the alerts/bots are not picking up on activity. If you see them side by side you can see Stream Elements is missing a ton of follows in the activity but Streamlabs isn't.

@edgy fossil 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Be warned it's a 1 way street and only way to remove either one is to delete EVERYTHING.

Thank you so much @wary halo - yes, the widget is on streamelements - I can hear the sounds when someone purchases them through my loyalty store (I can hear it in OBS, so viewers can also hear it) - however, the animation/who has redeemed what sound etc does not play in obs - it DOES play in stream elements though, which is very strange!

my advice would be to keep your base canvas at 1920x1080 but adjust your output to 1280x720 60 fps

🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

I am trying to get Stream Avatars bot to work with Stream Elements currency but Stream Avatars requires a JWT Token and show secrets option. But when I got to my channles I dont see it. When I reached out to Stream Avatars they showed me that they have the option? See images below

Spotify has kindly asked us to disable our integration with them, so we complied. This means that the Spotify integration has been removed and the "Now Playing" widget no longer has it as an option.

Hey Y'all - First time on the Discord, just switched to StreamElements. Having an issue getting the Recent Tippers label to scroll properly in my Overlay. Something tells me this "Visi..." setting is an issue, but I can't get it to cooperate in any browser and can't exactly tell what it does. The text seems to either pause for about ten seconds between scrolls OR just freeze completely the way I have it set now.

Hello, Im trying to enable song requests in my channel for the first time. I have the overlay working, but the chat commands do not work. So i went into streamelements and went to enable it and i get the message "the !songrequest command only works when the songrequest module is enabled." It prompts me to enable it. However when i click it, and then go back, the tick for the chat command is off again. If i manually go to my bot modules, there is no song request module. Whats going on here? thanks.

- from the overlay editor -> data on top -> goal tab -> reset progress of desired goal
- from the dashboard -> activity feed on the left -> widget data on the right -> goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal
Note: Goal widgets(progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs

Steps:
- Install the font on the streaming PC or choose a pre-installed windows font.
- In the overlay widget settings, select Text Settings
- Enable Custom Font
- Type the name of the font as it appears in the windows font directory (This is usually

Note: After installing fonts, the browser and OBS must be restarted for the font to appear.
