Hello, does StreamElements work with last.fm ? This is to have a !song command in chat.
As of now, I have setted it up this way :

But for some reason, the bot doesn't show the current music that's playing on Spotify, even though I do have last.fm linked to my Spotify account and that it is actually scrobbling. It worked perfectly using Nightbot, but since I switched over to StreamElements, this dosn't work anymore.

When I imported the hours/points from SL the first time, it shows on the leaderboard the correct watchtime in minutes, but when I do the command in chat, it shows it in days and hours.

You can have multiple variations for one alert event type and select to select one at random, or you can only make it choose one, or add a percentage to the "randomness.

🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Yes.
Make the widget size the max or the size you want to have your name and enable the dynamic font size in the text settings. Then the name will always be scaled to fit the widgets size.

- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

- Ground Control does not have Custom Bot Name
- Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.
OBS.Live still has Custom Bot name working fine in it.

I see all the layers on the left. There are videos and text for social media, but I don't know how to hook those up to my social media. What if I don't use all of them? I know how to disable or delete them, but I can't adjust the height of the red to make it smaller. When I hide everything, I appears as part of the background, which I don't see an option to edit.

@fossil mesa 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

- from the overlay editor -> data on top -> goal tab -> reset progress of desired goal
- from the dashboard -> activity feed on the left -> widget data on the right -> goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal
Note: Goal widgets(progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs

I've made an animation that makes the pictures on the image "rain" down, the animation is 1920 x 1080. When putting it into the SE editor however it seems to downsize it for some reason. I've set the Overlay aspect to 1920 x 1080, as well as the Browser source in OBS, so everything should be fine. But when playing it it ends up being way smaller than the screen as you can see on the picture. I'm wondering what the problem is. I want the animation to cover the whole screen.

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

However when I show the video I hear double and Via OBS, the volume is not only coming out the spotify audio output but also on the desktop audio output.

Hiyo! I am streaming out at 900p60fps with a CBR of 6000 and I have an upstream speed of 30-33mbps. I am using Nvenc New on my 2080 Super XC Ultra. I have about 1.5% of my frames dropped by the end of my stream yesterday and I am unsure why. Is anyone having a similar issue? I have an i7 9700F CPU (upgrading soon).

Next question. I have a chat window in my super theme. I also have OBS Live installed. When I tested my stream out with another account, as a user, I still typed my chat in right panel. The message appeared in that panel, then 2 seconds later, it appeared in the chat window in SE. Is that the way it's supposed to work?

Question: In the StreamElements Theme Editor there is an option for Widgets to toggle visibility on and off. What does this mean? Does it mean that if I toggle it off I can see it on my obs/overlay but it will not be visible in Twitch? I was hoping to do this for the chat box.

- Merging accounts only allows faster ways to switch between them
- Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events

I have the ability to edit the TTS settings so that it can speak repeated letters, such as "aaaaaaaaaa" (currently it is blocked and the audio does not come out if someone puts repeated letters). And is it also possible to block certain words from being said or to emit a BIP, like bad words?

Hey StreamElements! I stream on Twitch under the name TheRealAcid_ and just recently everything has stopped working in my chat. All the timers I have setup don't appear and chat alerts no longer appear. I checked the dashboard and it says they are activated. Also another big issue is that all my commands no longer work even the default commands. I didn't change any settings, it just no longer works and was working fine yesterday. How do I fix this?

Hello everyone!
How may I add a Follower count to use as goal.
I see that we have "Follower Count" under Widgets, but it doesn't allow me to get the count from the beginning.

- from the overlay editor -> data on top -> goal tab -> reset progress of desired goal
- from the dashboard -> activity feed on the left -> widget data on the right -> goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal
Note: Goal widgets(progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs

@high belfry In OBS, just click "Scene collection" at the top.
You can save your current configurations, name them, export them then bring that file to your new computer and import.
Voila.

@high belfry if you're just talking about the StreamElements overlay, it is all in the cloud so you can just add a browser source in your new OBS with your overlay link.
No need to import anything if you're just moving the SE overlay. The thing I said up there is if you had things in your scene that wasn't from StreamElements website.

Save your scenes like I explain above, take the file that is created and move it to your new computer and make sure you move all the files and folders to your new computer as well. You'll need to update the directory paths in OBS for the new computer.

@high belfry everything in your scene that is sourced from the computer needs to be moved and the paths in each source need to be updated to reflect their new location. The exporting/importing scenes will maintain your placements and sizing.

Yes, it'll export the scene you're currently on.
It might even export EVERYTHING, that I don't remember.
I am 99% it exports everything.
Every scene/source you have in that OBS profile.
But you're going to start with exporting on the computer you have everything saved in then moving that .json file to the new computer/OBS and importing it.
Then updating source as needed to make it all same-same.

I imported my Quotes just now from SL Chatbot but I'm thinking I must have done it once or twice in the past too cos I just called a random quote and it said it was #1982. I only have 624 Quotes. Is there a page I can go to see them and then delete them to start over?

We're not able to troubleshoot issues with using our overlays in StreamLabs OBS (SLOBS) as we don't have the tools to support their software. We recommend using OBS Studio or OBS Studio with our plugin OBS.Live.

Unfortunately there is no GUI for quotes so it's pasting the delete command repeatedly deleting EVERY quote.
