I ask that one more time, because previous answer doesnt resolved the problem. My friend has changed name long time ago on twitch. He is my subscriber on my channel and he cannot use subscriber perks on my channel. I think because somehow streamelement see him by the old nickname and it doesnt match up with sub name from chat. Someone said to me that he need to relog on streamelements dashboard, but problem is that he isnt log in, because he doesnt have account so it's not going to happen. I noticed that because when he use non-sub perks the streamelements bot says <oldnickname> redeemed <this>. How can I fix this?

@floral oriole as far as I know the system uses the viewers streamelements username if they created one. If they never did it would use their twitch username. If they changed their twitch username I think streamelements would look at them as a new user. At least that's how the loyalty system for it worked when I was using it.

I'd consider adding them in manually if you're referring to a loyalty bot type system.

HELP: Can't get host alerts to show on my stream. I've set the alert box to show host events, and lowered it to 0 so that I can show all of them, but it still won't show.

@sacred trout Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Hello, I'm having a bit of trouble with the additional arguments tab on the redemptions page. I want to have the bot display the "additional argument" by using a variable on the chat alert module so that I can read the "game name" on chat without having to look at the redemptions history page on the dashboard.
The use case for this is when viewers wish to request a certain game to be featured on the stream.
I wasn't able to find anything about this specific issue on the documentation page, so any help would be appreciated.

SE seems to have an issue with loyalty points, specific for subscribers and seems to be just visual, because I'm receiving 20 points each 10 minutes and for non subs is 5 points, subs receive 4x but in SE streamer profile page show only the base value and shows that you're not a subscriber even if you are.

@nocturne mountain If you changed your name on Twitch please follow these steps:
🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).
