and both mixer and twitch accoutns are with the same email

Unfortunately, no, but I think you can make your own colapsable table there - not sure on that

You can group fields by adding "group": "Group name" to the field's JSON. Then add the same to every other field that you want to add to the group. If you need a sort of 'header' for individual fields, there's "type": "hidden", "label": "Header".

Hey! My host alert hasn't been working for a couple of months now, all other alerts like follows, subs, raids, tips etc all work fine but when someone hosts my channel the alert doesnt come up. I've tried having stream elements open on browser whilst streaming but nothing works. Any ideas?

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

There is no way to limit a giveaway to only followers. When you draw a winner, the winner does not have to be in stream.

if you want to use that widget, you can click the link in the widget post which will share the widget to your overlays list. Once it's there, you can duplicate the widget to any existing overlays you have. Users can join the queue by simply typing !join in chat.

Is there any way to share overlays without compromising my account? Is it just the browser source link? Or do I need special access to do so?

Do not share browser source link as it contains one of credentials (not full access, but read access to a lot of data). I think that some of the staff can add that overlay to account that has sharing enabled (like those on widget-share).

@autumn cedar Since Apex Legends doesn't have optimized GPU drivers yet, it tends to take up all your GPU resources, leaving nothing for OBS. If you're having OBS performance issues, you'll likely need to limit the game somehow. The easiest way to do this is to enable Vsync in the game, or use a frame limiter. You can limit the game to 60fps by adding `+fps_max 60` to the game's launch properties in Origin.

If they’re a VIP on your twitch dashboard, when they chat in your channel is most likely when the bot picks up on their role

It all depends on how they’re pulling browser sources. Because OBS.Live piggybacks on the OBS CEF browser and was built as a chrome optimized site, stuff just works. If they’re using a different browser protocol it may not work

• Ground Control does not have Custom Bot Name
• Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
  We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.
  OBS.Live still has Custom Bot name working fine in it.

So I'm new to StreamElements and have a question. I just installed the Arcade Pop overlay from Nerd Or Die to SE and was editing the Just Chatting scene. The thing is, in the webcam area, it has the labels for the latest tip, follower, and sub hovering over where the cam would be. When importing it to OBS, though, the camera would cover that. Is there any way to layer the camera under the labels with StreamElements or no?

• Ground Control does not have Custom Bot Name
• Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
  We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.

2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste the link here.

(Note: If you do not see an obsproject.com URL, you will need to update OBS Studio to version 22+)

It didn't "separate" anything. StreamLabs "widgets" are all separate browser sources, and therefore import as separate overlays

You can quickly fix it by going into a single overlay, and duplicating the widget on that overlay to a "master" overlay. Repeat with the other imported overlays until all widgets are on a single overlay

Then delete all the imported junk

You most likely need to adjust your encoder settings. If you are using Nvidia NVENC make sure you disable Psycho Visual Tuning as that is the most common cause of encoder errors
