Hey guys, so when I'm streaming I'm tryna make my games not lag.. All the games im about to list I can run at 100+ fps when i'm not streaming but.. On Brawlhalla, Warframe, and GTAV.. So I'm still having the same issue and I've deleted all of my keywords and bots. When an item is redeemed, it plays the video and audio as it's supposed to. Then every chat message after that, no matter what it says or who its from, will replay just the audio. If you redeem a different video clip, it will play it as it's supposed to, then every chat after that redeems that video's audio instead...

Hello, i would like to suggest a feature for loyalty system,
( sorry if im in the wrong place, i cant post on ideas, sais i dont have permission )
I love that you guys have the loyalty multiplier for subs, really helps give viewers an extra push towards subscribing.
My idea is more features for the multiplier, EX
Custom multiplier for each twitch tier and a Multiplier for active viewers in chat,
If they chat atleast 1 between the last 10min they recieve the loyalty points with the extra configured multiplier, this is very helpfull since it gives them a reason to talk to the streamer instead of just being afk farming loyalty points like it is now, this is very usefull for streamers that giveaway games, skins etc that require stock or money to the viewers, and i dont want afk's to recieve the same amount active viewers recieve.

Hello there: I have a Problem: I switched to Streamelements and everything is working fine EXCEPT my Donations via Tipeestream. No Alert is being played. I used the tool in chrome to import my tipeestream but yet, if someone donates, there is no alert being played. My Alerts are in Streamelements so no Alerts in Tippee. why isn´t there a Integration Feature like in Streamlabs

Our product "OBS.Live" is a plugin which adds a few more features and a tighter integration in our service for the already great software "OBS Studio", made by the volunteers and developers of the OBS Project.
(OBS.Live is a plugin, not comparable to a fork like SLOBS which is its own program based on OBS Studio's code.)

Close down your chat,
Close down stream information,
In OBS go to view > docks > chat
Click on the cog, go to non-mod settings
look under "My Preferences" to enable/disable dark mode

More than likely it isn't an issue with the alert box or overlay, it is probably an issue with SLOBS. Since it is a "competitor" product, we cannot guarantee compatibility with their software.

If you launch the overlay without a song requested, nothing will display. There is also a known issue with the YouTube API that was used for Media Request not functioning correctly via browser in the SE Dashboard.

i have the glitch 2 overlay package from nerd or die. elgato stream deck capture card light. ummmmm. that really it. the only thing different i have done recently is clean out my one drive. when i cleaned that out i didnt know it would basically clean my pc up. and since then ive had nothing but issues. ive uninstalled all elgato stuff re installed. ive done the same with obs.

@lament canopy 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

when i try to stream with just screen record on, no mic or cam, it works fine for a few seconds and then as soon as i open the game everything on the stream goes black, i can still hear the audio before, have also tried using game capture instead of just the whole screen. help pls:)

My next guess is that it's much much less computationally expensive to have a single timer award points in batch for the thousands of channels the bot is sat in, than to make possibly hundreds of individual timers for each channel

- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction. If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money.

Okay So on stream elements my options on left change with each account ive got, i added my accounts thinking it was for multi streaming, but nop i dont think thats it i now have like 5 streamelements acounts for each platform and each one has different menue on left, Main one im using and done all the work on i dont see the stuff i need on the left menu, its just not their like media request, yet if i flick to another account say twitch to youtube suddenly its their, it changes etc, like merch tab, obs live tab, none of it is their on the main one but is on others im so baffled
like i can jump to this section from a seperate browser will take me their but the tab media requests not showing along with other stuff missing

@wraith spade Many features available for Twitch channels are not available on other platforms. StreamElements does not support multistreaming.

As in, I can get their if i go from one account, switch at top it stays on the page i can then use it, its functioning, but i have to do this long winded process each time, so its not like its not functional
