If a viewer tipped through PayPal but no information appears in your StreamElements account, this generally means PayPal has held the tip for verification. Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction. If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money.

Hello, I have been setting up my loyalty points and I noticed that when I view it on streamelemenrts via crhome that there are few options to give points on, but if I open it on edge or other browsers I have far more options, is there an add on I am missing from Chrome to enable or show this? I have tried scrolling and page up/down. The only options I have on chrome are for follows, hosts, per 10 minutes and tips but on other browsers I have several more options.

Hey there! I'm having a weird issue where the audio of some of my video alerts will start replaying while the Text-to-speech is happening after the video ends. Any idea what might be causing that?

I set up a debit card to PayPal but everyone says not to because its ez to be refunded and get your card balance f***'d up lol. Chargebacks are alot more rare nowadays - not saying it wont happen - but its not something that should constantly be on your mind when streaming.

Hmm so basically a chargeback is when someone donates you money and ig either decides to troll you or actually made a mistake then it refunds the money from your card and like takes even more money from your card?

@daring siren If it happens, there are steps you can take to fight a PayPal dispute. An actual bank chargeback, however, is usually a more difficult matter.

Plus you can also ban the user as the donation is tied to an actual username.

!nuke was already a command before you made the command

So by making !nuke $(nuke) you made two commands with the same name

one of which does nothing.

If you see here, i add it and it outputs the two lines like yours does
