Have a question on overlay resolution. My base resolution is 2560x1440 but I output in 720 to twitch. What should the resolution be set at for the overlay?

Overlays default to 1920x1080 in our system. You could either keep it like that or set your overlay to match your canvas resolution before editing it.
The latter option will result in a more consistent quality but will take more work on your part.

One of my viewers is not able to use !rename to transfer his watchtime, probably cause his viewer id was not in the data when I imported the data from Streamlabs cause the viewer was inactive for a long time before the import. His old name with the watchtime is in the streamelements data tho, only the viewer id is missing it seems.
Is there any possibility to transfer the watchtime? My community has a strong focus on grinding watchtime and this guy had a lot.

- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

I accidentally removed a tip from one of my viewers and I re-added it with the correct amount, name and e-mail. It shows correctly in my tipping leaderboards now. I went to the widget data and reset session and my totals are correct (as in all total tips combined). However in the aggregates section under last 7 and 30 days top tipper it now shows this person's tip x2 (so the amount there is doubled from adding the tip manually again). Can I change this some way or will it change by itself at some point?

The issue is with obs game capture it worked for a moment then I swaped games and changed the settings to capture the app but now it will only show a black screen.
I tried to reinstall, restart as admin, delete and remake the game capture and click the eye icon on and off.

Stupid question incoming. I've set up the overlay, alerts, widgets all on the StreamElements website. I don't see anywhere to put the source link though on the mobile app, will the mobile app use the only existing overlay by default?

app does not auto detect phone rotate so you will need to switch it to landscape in app

Ok so, I've just spent the last 8 hours revamping my stream, switching from streamlabs with nightbot to Streamelements with Streamelements bot and for some reason when I load up my OBS some portions of my overlay fail to load, things like backdrop images behind text. Is this common? I have to remove and readd the browser source MULTIPLE times in an attempt to get it to load completely.

Chat stats cannot be edited. There is an option in the top chatters to disable the most known bots.

Im trying to set sound alerts using chat commands, I did create an item in the store, hide it and then created a command with $(redeem namehere). But i dont want the " user redeemed item" in chat.
anyway to hide that part for that item?

No, the default response when redeeming via chat is not editeable at this time.
There are plans to make these responses editeable. But no ETA.
