the streamelements bot betting (or roulette) isn't true 50/50 each bet is it. It likes going on streaks lol
or it may be and there's just some insane luck involved today but everything else (mass coin flip sights, etc.) seem to consistently have less streaks than that bot today

Thats a question for Twitch it self, not us, but a general thing is, that most of the time, if the twitch admins or global moderators see you in the wrong category, they move you, if they feel like it.

About 5 months ago my twitch channel got suspended permanently but the streamelements account for that channel is still up and i would like it to be deleted but since i can't access the account i can't delete it myself.

The deletion process requires a JWT token, which is unique for every account. Without being able to login and obtain said token, the deletion process can't be done. Although, I will check with the devs just in case, but I believe its not possible.

Thats up to Twitch and if they have free encoding spots for the quality settings.
Usually those are reserved for Twitch Partners, but affiliates can get them, if there is a free spot on the server you are streaming and if you meat the minimum requirement of it

Hello everyone, i have an interesting problem to solve. I followed the guide to make my streamelements chatbot have a custom name. Its already a mod, its there in my channel, i switched the donation thing to go through streamelements and my paypal, its checked and working fine. Everything is set up. I open ground control, go to settings, rename my bot. i generate that oauth token or whatever that is. I hit test bot button - And it does respond in my channel - but with MY name, and not with the given bot name. Anyone have any ideas? I tried everything.

i have a store item that is the only item in my store that send someone to log into their stream elements and then buy it. Why is that? every other one just redeemed in the panel store

hey everyone! I am having some issues where my widgets for new followers/subs doesn't disappear after I tell it to, or do any of the animations. As well as that, I don't understand how to reset a timer I have for counting down to my stream starting. It just starts at whatever time it wants even when I have set it on a specific time

@acoustic turtle it's technically possible with some local custom CSS in OBS, but it's probably more hassle than it's worth, and it would always show the last X followers, not for each stream

@wanton mango as custom CSS it would take a good while to make it possible. There are ways of getting around showing the last followers. I have multiple transition scenes that are nearly identical and all worded specific to their title. One scene identical layout, has far less alert widgets for that exact reason. lets say one stream you get 1 follower, the next you get 10. I only go in even numbers as it would be a lot of work to keep up with 1,2,3 etc. I have a layout for 5,10,20,30,40 and 50. I placed them in a way that makes it really easy to slide between. I also keep my statistics page open and before I end a stream, I refresh it and see how many new followers I gain and choose from the appropriate closest number
for instance if I have 35 new followers, I just use the 30 scene and then shout out the individuals who were not on it
this is spit balling ^ I personally love the feedback I've found here

What I did was make an overlay with just multiple recent follower widgets, disabled the scrolling and then in OBS, applied custom css to target individual widgets and remove every name except the last follower, or the second to last follower, etc, etc. So essentially each widget turned into a 'last follower' slot

It's probably important to make a fresh overlay with only recent follower widgets, as other widgets may mess up the numbering
Then just duplicate that snippet as many times as you have widgets, incrementing the number at the start (in the blue) and at the end (in the red/orange)

- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

Was the host listed in your activity feed? Be aware that we do not show hosts from an offline channel.

I am running into a similar issue where in ground control, it no longer has my custom bot name under settings. this I just noticed today, and my last stream it worked fine. I restarted the app, restarted my computer. I even uninstalled ground control and tried to reinstall it (version 1.7.1) and still not seeing the custom bot name option

I've got a custom alert box ("ticker" style) that shows up correctly in overlay editor and everything works when I send tests in the editor. Are you using GroundControl or OBS.Live for the bot rename?

For OBS.Live:
1) Right click on your OBS desktop shortcut -> properties - in the "Target" field add this -> --remote-debugging-port=40404
2) Open OBS(or restart if it was open)
3) Open your browser and type in "localhost:40404"
4) Click on "StreamElements - Activity feed"
5) navigate to the Console tab
6) type in the console this: store.customBot.removeCustomBotIntegration() and hit enter
7) Try setting the custom bot name
Make sure to add the bit at the end of 1 at the end of the existing target instead of replacing what's already there
If you want to use GroundControl, let me know, so I can inform a staff to take a look at this issue.

- Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of OBS.Live
- exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)

- start OBS.Live
- Settings -> Stream -> disconnect -> connect

How long does it take for streamelements to update my subscriber count/goal? Every time i get a new sub it counts up, but its way off with the actual subcribers count on my twitch dashboard

- from the overlay editor -> data on top -> goal tab -> reset progress of desired goal
- from the dashboard -> activity feed on the left -> widget data on the right -> goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal
Note: Goal widgets(progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs
