For twitch prime, the user needs to have sharing enabled on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/prime. - All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

I have no idea how this is not related to support in regards to streamelements and twitch.. i recently started using streamelements and this is their solution for donations that i have gotten on twitch. the picture i shared also clearly states "Contact support" so here i am, with my problem in which i need support, in a support channel for streamelements twitch related topics and i'm being told to keep the support channels for "support". Yes. It's not there. And I even tried to create a new !subs command in custom commands but it seems to ignore my custom command and just responds with the same ghost command no matter what I do.

Hmm, might be a caching bug, which I've encountered before too. Try making a !subs2 command and see if that responds correctly. You can also try parting the bot and rejoining it again

Yup rejoining on the dashboard worked!
And it's now using the correct text of the custom !subs command so that's huge progress. It was prob a caching issue.
Only prob now is ${channel.subs} is reporting 69 subs still. I don't think that's right but I'll have to ask the streamer to check it definitively on Twitch. The StreamElements dashboard says there are 14 subs.

Haha yeah, the dashboard shows you events of the past period (default month). Probably the best way to check all subs is to download the subscriber list from the Twitch dashboard

Hello! i have noticed that if i accidently unplug my mic while i stream, it completely drops the desktop audio for the stream when i plug it back in. The only way i can fix it is by restarting the stream. Does anyone know of a way i can change that so i don't have to restart the stream? Thank you!

- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

While macOS Catalina is rolling out now, OBS has not been updated to handle new requirements from Apple. We are working on an update. In the meantime, if you are able to launch OBS, webcams and microphones may not work. Hello! I am having an issue with one of my overlays (event list). I have it to display everything (hosts, raids, subs, etc...) but it is bugging out by keeping this one event at the top when it's a very old event and shouldn't even be visible anymore. I tried turning off raids, saving and turning them back on but the same old event comes back. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it? TIA!

The standard profanity filter cannot be edited and is very sensitive.
As it seems yours isn't an English-speaking stream, I'd recommend disabling it and entering in your own words in the custom filter instead.

@vale vine The redemption confirmation message cannot be changed. To remove the emote, try typing !pepes disable in your chat.
Though that might not help with this particular emote.

Alerts are done with an alertbox widget in an overlay.
Everything you want to show on your stream is added as a widget to an overlay in your account on the site.

Not a bug. All-time is points only accrued through watching and uses of !addpoints all and never decreases. Current points can go up and down based on gambling minigames, betting, etc.

Hi, I put some of redeemable sound on store streamelements, but when my viewer redeem it, the sound is so small even I already set it as 100% volume on the store and on the overlay. Or I need to turn down the game volume also?

Yes, max is 100%. If the audio is still too quiet you'll need to look into what's going on with your Windows audio settings.

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Hey there! Quick question. Is there a specific reason that copying an overlay generates the same URL? Seems a bit weird to allow for you to make copies (I'm assuming so you don't have to go through a new setup each time) but have them use the same URL, so it changes on all copies.
Or am I just an idiot? lol

Trying 2-3 times still seems to apply changes to both scenes. I'm copying the URL from two separate overlays in the overlay editor and it apply the changes to all scenes as if both are on the same URL. The order of operations I am doing everthing in is:
1️⃣ Copy URL from one overlay and but into browser source on one scene
2️⃣ Copy second URL from copied but modified overlay and add it to second source via the same method
3️⃣ When switching through both scenes in OBS, they seem to be tied to the same overlay so it seems to apply to both.
Am I doing something wrong?
I'm more than happy to send in a ticket btw, just thought it might have been an easy fix or that I'm not doing something right.
