Hey there, I'm having an issue with the media request function properly taking loyalty points from users, i know you can set a cost via the command by itself so that triggering the account requires a cost, but in the media request page, there is an option to set loyalty cost/sub discount, this doesnt seem to do anything when the base command has no cost attached to it. The switch is greyed out on the commands page and controlled by the viewer request in the media request section. So when the viewer request there is enable, the command is enabled, if it is off, the command is off.

Hi Guys. I try to show in Streamelements Overlay the latest Subscribers like i did this in Tipeestream before. Since i moved completely to Streamelements, i try to rework the same scheme of showing the latest donations. In this clip https://www.twitch.tv/netcube/clip/EsteemedHotPistachioSpicyBoy you see on the top the actually scheme i try to rework in Streamelements, showing latest events by fading to the next one. I was only able to scroll these elements in Streamelements, but maybe i can rework this in custom CSS / JS. Do you have any suggetions? With JQuery Stuff which Streamelements Supports it should be possible, but i dont know how actually.

@coarse heath you mentioned not being able to use OBS.Live to rename the bot, as you're using XSsplit, but Ground Control is independent of OBS, so you can use that to rename the bot while using XSplit. I checked your channel and you meet all the requirements, so all you need to do is go into the GC settings and scroll down to the custom bot name. Follow the link to generate the oauth token for your bot account and input it there, that should rename your bot.

Oh I have a few. Nightbot has some restrictions on what code timers can have. So I have those as custom commands that a timer should then trigger. Used to work, but now half my timers stopped 😅 So was hoping to switch it over to SE for more stability

Hi, I was trying to import my tips from streamlabs but its just not working fully. Its missing some tips, converting other currency tips to GBP so if someone donated 100 russian rubles it shows it was a 100 pound donation.

Most likely you've set your tipping currency to GBP

Thats why the tips come as pure amount and are listed as GBP

We don't handle conversion, as its a fluctuating thing.

This is a screenshot from a previous program, that was file based. What I'm trying to do is a fight for first sort of thing. X donates $20 and it doesn't replace that tip. But if that X donates another $80, for example, then X takes the top spot as top tipper for the session. I hope that makes better sense for exactly I'm trying to do.

@wheat sigil It is usually best to choose the correct resolution you want when you create the overlay, can be a bit tricky re-sizing it after you've already got something in place. But it can be done if you click on the smaller pencil icon by the overlay name in My Overlays

im recieving an issue where my stream elements is spamming my message 3 times twice as my ID and once as my bot ID, i unchecked the custom bot name in ground control but im still getting 1 reply using my ID and 1 replay using my Bot's id

i just changed my twitch names and trying to set it up under the new name has been a hassle to say the lease and this is the last hurdle

ive tried parting the bot and rejoining and it just rejoins with 2 messages again

hey there! sorry to bother so late. So ever since I updated to the most recent OBS live my streamelements browser sources for the overlays, brb, or welcome screens have been extremely choppy and stuttering. CPU and memory are not bottleneck or maxed out. CPU hovers around 9% and FPS is showing 60. But the source stutters really bad when uploading. Everything has been peachy since using the platform 5 months ago, strange all of a sudden since the last update. Thoughts?

I have tried to find a fix for this problem for quite a while now, but nothing seems to be working.
!update emotes didnt change anything.

So I just wanted to ask if there is a way to get the chatstats page to actually track ALL BetterTTV and FFZ emotes being used in my channel, instead of only counting the PogU and pepeJAM.

That request in particular has a video with a long title so that's sort of expected. I think even if there was a way to change the template response you'd only be able to remove the entire title, but then you can't see what people request unless you click the link

So I duplicated my alerts overlay on SE so that I could create custom ones for a specific game, just to make it easier for myself to keep the same formatting, but I think by duplicating it, it's taken the unique URL as well (which makes sense, just didn't cross my mind) so alert sounds are playing at the same time and stuff when someone follows or whatever. Is there an easy way to edit the unique URL? Or will I just need to make them from scratch?

Curious, I noticed that some people had it so they type "!dance" and a gif pops up on the screen. For all of my gif's to do that, I have to type "!redeem dance" IS there a way to easily change this? Thanks in advance!

You can use the variable ${redeem <itemname>} to set up a custom command to redeem a store item

Also, one more question, each time I start my stream, I have a count down timer. that plays on the overlay before I start the stream. IS there a way to reset this quickly, to the 5 minute setting I have it on?

@wise dagger Make the source shutdown when not visible and when you switch to the timer, the timer restarts.
Set the variable as the response to a custom command.
