I go to StreamElements > Import From other Services > Choose Labs > Import > ...Uploading Uploading... 1/10 > Failed importing Scene Collection.
I have done this tons of times but still doesn't work.

You likely have assets that are too large to upload or you are attempting to upload Streamlabs-owned assets.

there is no dedicated desktop bot app for Stream Elements the bot lives in the cloud always. You can have SE chat bot join your channel under a different username that would require you to use either Ground Control (https://streamelements.com/groundcontrol) or OBS.Live (https://streamelements.com/obslive)

either of those apps allow you to connect the cloud bot to your channel under a different name but NEITHER provide sfx on command

Alright, I need help with two things to be exact. I have an issue with the Loyalty plugin & a issue with a command.

First of all let's talk about the issue regarding the command, I'm trying to enable "!watchtime" on a friends streambot, with the code "${user} has spent ${user.time_online|'0 seconds'} watching ${channel}" I've also tried to enable the pre-set command for it, but it dosen't add up the time we've been watching.

Loyalty, same problem here to be exact. It dosen't give his viewers points after the 10 minute mark, nor does it give them points for cheering, donating & hosting.

Do you know what the problem can be, and how can I fix it? :)

For watchtime and loyalty points to be distributed you need to enable loyalty in Loyalty Settings first, without this being enabled neither would work

Actually, my host is working.

It was all working fine, until it wasn't suddenly on Wednesday morning. But I haven't had a chance to come back and look at it again until now

Nothing had changed on my end, I didn't edit my scenes in anyway between my Tuesday and Wednesday streams. The only thing I noticed was an OBS update before my stream Wednesday morning.

I've tried deleting and reuploading some of the files, and then putting them into the new widget, that still isn't working.

I understand there are not many people in here to help, and I'm just getting frustrated trying to figure out why even when I delete and reupload sounds and images that previously worked, they no longer do. @dry hare unfortunately I was unable to replicate the error, but we discovered that when she switched her sounds from m4a to mp3 it worked fine. The weird thing was the alerts all worked fine on my side even with m4a, but for some reason it was causing a lot of weirdness on her side?

Maybe one of the devs can poke around more at this, but this is the error she was seeing.

After switching from the m4a to mp3 all seemed well.

Sources are the things you want to show in THAT scene. So for example in "welcome" you would only have an overlay, maybe a music file for intro music

Hello, I've set up alerts on StreamElements. The notification beep sound in OBS is audible but there is no text message on the screen. For example, if someone observes a channel, the sound is heard but does not appear on the stream in the image of information about who observed the channel. The situation is similar with tips.
