The chat widget doesn't have a custom HTML option. You can set background, and you can adjust text settings.
If you want more, you'll need to custom code a widget.

Hello, I hope all is well. I just started using elements for my twitch channel. I am going through each of the chat commands and making sure they are set up the way I need them to work. The one that is giving me the most trouble right now is the quote command. I can't get it to add a quote. is there something special to get the quotes to add? or am I doing somehing wrong? I have tried using !quote add and !addquote and nothing comes up...

i have "show emotes when 1 of that emote were posted within 1 seconds" and "emote combo duration" at 1. Then I just have "1 emote every 30 seconds per user"
it seems inconsistent though. Sometimes it'll work fine on the overlay editor preview but not on my stream overlay... and then sometimes it's the opposite

Afaik, you can't - the custom bot name or oAuth can take the name and write in chat, but our bot is verified with Twitch, which enables it to whisper a lot of people when a command is spammed - the option is used by other streamers as well and in case you have like 1000 people using the command at once, it can get your 2nd name banned for mass whisper spam

That timezone is America/New York, no edits, unless you want it formatted differently. It'll return as 08/27/2019 but you can change it

That wasn't the case for me, either. I had Twitch on one screen, OBS on the other, sent messages to Twitch, and they popped into OBS instantly.
So it certainly wasn't the screen in focus.

So, they're individual accounts.
We can merge them for you, but note the only benefit of this is being able to switch quickly between them and share overlay designs between them.
The two are otherwise still separate and don't share data.

@lament blade I'm sorry to read you are having a problem with this. Although I am unsure why the SMS wont be sent (its definitely a Twitch thing), I would recommend you to use 2FA with Authy. If you have the commands in a file and can import them then you can try to do this via the import tools (click on Import at the top right of the dashboard page), there are only a few import tools for YouTube though. It may be a case of copying and pasting manually if you don't see an import tool for the service you were using on the Import page

Not sure where to put this, but when I'm trying to edit overlays on my Mac (Safari broswer) it doesn't show any media inside the overlays (videos, pictures and animations).
Anyone that have any idea what it could be?

Yep. It works just fine when using Chrome on my Mac as well. But in Safari they just won't show up :p

well got alot that could be going on. 1st check internet to both computers. 2nd no one changed any ports on router. 3rd uninstall and reinstall ndi plugin on both
if all that fails you may want to reach out to OBS for real see if anyone else is having same issue

I am looking at getting some different overlays since the latest update (and my own computer issues) seems to have effected my fps I'm wondering whats the difference between the overlays super theme packs static ones and the ones that don't have anything listed i get what animated is and statics the ones that dont move so why aren't some labeled?

So I'm attempting to match a font but when I use the Font Family with the Custom Font, it won't let me choose which version of it I want. (Ex: Font is called Purista and I want to use the "Bold" variation of it.)
When I make the text bold, it looks nothing like it does in Photoshop./

you need to have the desktop audio un muted on the stream pc. the sound gets pushed through the browser source

You'd probably need to pay for a business internet account to get higher. That's usually the case in these circumstances.

Overlays are separate and changing one doesn't affect the other. You probably didn't copy your second overlay's URL.

Okay, I've been searching the Discord for the proper text channel, But I am lost.
Basically my issue is, I'm trying to Import my SL ChatBot commands over to SE, And SE accepts Data.xlsx, And when I export my commands it comes out as .abcom
Anyone know how to Import Custom Commands ?

For the bot, part it from your channel, log out of StreamElements, log back in, and join the bot again.

For example: the user orders music with the command !Music, and the bot must replace the user's message with his answer

Has anyone had the issue where you import all your alerts and everything from StreamLabs to Stream Elements and all your donation / revenue history come up x3. For example: If someone donated 5.00$ but in the history it says they donated it twice, three time, etc etc?
All my right info is in StreamLabs but every time I export it into Stream Elements, it gets all screwed up. Any way to restart it or any suggestions?

The only reason you'll see duplicates is if you import multiple times.
