@silent lagoon If you are not seeing the OBS Twitch integrations and have OBS.Live installed, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of OBS.Live ( 19.7.14.421 )
2. exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)
3. delete %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser\obs_profile_cookies
4. start OBS.Live
5. Settings -> Stream -> disconnect -> connect

I have Ground Control running on a Mac, while I can manage my song requests just fine I cannot see my activity feed. It will occasionally play sounds for follows or donations, but it is unreliable and overall the app is just a grey square off in the corner. Hello Discord! I have been having serious troubles with streaming Rainbow Six Siege. So far that is the only game that has a very serious issue. The issue is when streaming, the stream will freeze then skip a bunch. It is very laggy and Im not sure what to do about it.

In Streamelements/ dashbaord/ loyalty/ you have a facility for viewers to earn loyalty coins every 10 minutes of viewing. I have this turned off, but what i would like to see is the same facility but for Followers, if i want to run a competition or giveaway using coins earned i only want it to be for Followers who are loyal not just randoms who trawl looking for something for nothing. When it's disabled, it removes the auto-whitelist.

The overlays and alertboxes can be imported with some exceptios with OBS.Live to StreamElements from where you add them to OBS Studio or OBS Studio with the plugin OBS.Live.

So, my volume issues are still occurring. I was speaking with @tight harness earlier about this, and the final recommendation was to delete the browser source and remake it entirely. I did that, and at first it seemed to fix it - but such success was short lived I’m afraid. It still happens. It will sometimes be loud as intended, and sometimes super quiet, with no apparent trigger I’m aware of to implicate why. Sources all have volumes the same level, which is quite loud when it works as intended.

Ok been messing around with the Tiltify alert some more, as mentioned above. I think the integration/overlay has some issues. Even when trying with a different webm without audio/using separate audio there's lots of errors when trying to test the alerts. Such as them not playing or cutting out half way through etc.

Going to try without a webm just a regular image and see what happens

Hello, I'm having an issue with the !watchtime command. When me or my viewers do !watchtime it just says 0 seconds?

@lament blade 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly. There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points. It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time. Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

MEDIA SHARE ISSUE:

Not sure if for "Twitch" section but I'm using Twitch? Please let me know if it's the wrong place and I can move it.

For media share there as some songs that are getting through and some that aren't.
I previously had moderator approval because some songs weren't getting through the filters but now I've decided to have low filters and no mod approval. But even when I add a song manually some songs just don't play.

One of them was the sailor moon theme song:

In the end I played both via youtube browser because I happened to be home (not on the go).

EDIT: I can see it says the owner has disabled playback on other sites (For the Aqua song) is there a way for people to test if their song has that disabled before they put it into media share?

For the sailor moon song it does play, but it doesn't come through the app/speakers for some reason whereas it comes through for all other songs (when I hit back or next just to test)

Uh, it depends on the overlay. It's possible that there's something that doesn't work in the OBS linux, but I can't know without a log.

Everything should work right out of the box. What I would try is starting with a very simple overlay... like one that just has a static text box in it and no other widgets.

Yes, the QtQuick plugin loads pages, the linuxbrowser doesn't...
I tried to load the overlay using the qtquick plugin and it does not work either

I just checked my overlays are all loading, I'm using the git build 23.2.1-18-g80e9bb4e for obs.

@charred star I have had a lot of problems with that build also, that is why I now use the git build

Nope, and I'm on Arch, so it has to be the most stable-ish updated version

@charred star it can be something stupid in your overlay also. but I fear the problem lays in the cef version in combo with linux-browser and the AUR auto updates that might mess with the liability of your obs install.

no because you just copy that into the obs dir, i just downloaded the zip and followed the install instructions.

but not using it via package manager.

You can trigger a sound clip (Sound Item redemption) but it isn't linked to KappaGen
