In the advanced text settings you can move the text and the image is moved with the whole widget position. Maybe you need to make the widget bigger to fit the text on the left side of the pic.

hey all, hope all is well, i have been encountering issues with giveaways, never been issues like this for me, for almost a year been no issues, and all of a sudden, when we do giveaways, and online on the SE dashboard, we close the giveaway, and we click once, draw winner, the bot keeps pulling 2 peoples names. is there something we can look into? different browser? alternative ways to access the SE dashboard to close giveaways and draw winners? a few other streamers i spoke to have been dealing with the same issues, and they just reward the 2nd winner with an alternative smaller price. but we running outa stuff to give cause the bot keeps pulling 2 names even though u just click once, and its lags even before it display both names. any advise please? thanks in advance !

I've done a google search and a search through the discord but I am still having troubles. I know the difference between user cooldown and global cooldown. I have been trying to set up the roulette function in my chat, and for some reason, even though I have the !roulette command set to a user cooldown of 300 seconds and a global cooldown of 5 seconds, I'm still seeing people able to gamble multiple times in a row.

Is this because some of them are moderators? If so, what is the percentage of cooldown to affect mods and is there a way to change it?

If it's not because of priviledges, what could I be missing?

the cool downs were set to 60 for user and 0 for global at the time, and then when i changed the global to something higher, it worked but the user cooldown still did not. Im not sure why.

Hi, been thinking on moving over to stream elements. I have just a quick question, can you create commands in streamelement that can play either gifs or small mp4/webmail files? So I could add them just into the overlay rather than having to add them into obs and command prompting them like I do now with streamlabs?

Steps to make a command trigger sound on stream:

  1. Go to Stream Store page here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/store/items
  2. Add an item that has these settings on it:
  • Stream Perk
  • Loyalty settings to your desire
  • (Next step) Add contents (image and/or sound you want to play)
  • "Redeeming this item shows an alert
  • Redemable via chat
  • Skip Requirements
  1. Get the item name/command from the 2nd creation page
  2. Go to commands page here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/bot/commands/custom
  3. Add command with desired name and have response for command as: ${redeem item_name_here}
  4. Go to your overlays and edit the overlay you use.
  5. Click on "widgets" and add "Store redemptions" widget. Click save and you should be golden.
  6. Test your own command in chat and have OBS or editor open to hear sound

Is it possbible in the chatbot, when someone tips, to create a message specifically for a certain amount? So say, when anyone tips exactly 5.50 they get a different message than any other amount?

@bronze stirrup If you go to Modules > Chat Alerts > Tips you'll see that you can add additional messages, you can set it up so that for example $1 has a specific message, then $5.50 has a specific message and then $5.51 has another message. Therefore when someone does $5.50 it'll do the designated message and if they do anything above or below it it'll use the other messages. Makes sense?

Your "Ignore" list still doesn't work in the Loyalty Settings. It still Awards Ignored, Banned BOTS (including the streamer) loyalty points. It messes up the Leader Boards. Can somebody PLEASE take a look at this. It has been broken for a very long time.

Steps:

  1. Install the font on the streaming PC or choose a pre-installed windows font.
  2. In the overlay widget settings, select Text Settings
  3. Enable Custom Font
  4. Type the name of the font as it appears in the windows font directory (This is usually C:\Windows\Fonts)

Note: After installing fonts, the browser and OBS must be restarted for the font to appear.

After Switching to Streamelements, all of my subs got reset back to Month 1. I know the Data is still on Twitch, it there a way to force Streamelements to recache the data form Twitch or better yet only refer to the Twitch Data?

sorry to be a douche guys, i'm following the instruction i got earlier to create video alerts by using the stream store and then creating a command for them. however when it comes to creating the redeemable in the store, it won't allow me to choose/submit the video i've put in there. i've tried lowering the resolution, mp4 file, converted it into webm files and no luck. any ideas?

Settings seem okay, and it's working in the browser. Unfortunately we can't troubleshoot issues with SLOBS as we don't have the tools to do so. We always recommend using OBS Studio with our plugin, OBS.Live.
