Log out and log in using the StreamElements menu at the top. As for your overlays, they seem to be fine. Would you perhaps be using the one that just has nothing in it?

I just looked into your account. One of your overlays is empty. So please make sure you're using the correct URLs. 😃

@golden hatch It's OAuth, so it's using whatever you're logged into the Twitch site with on the same browser. Log out of Twitch, log out of StreamElements, and try logging into StreamElements again, see what happens.

aight y'all so my friends been having some issues with his stream - his GPU usage has suddenly decided to jump a lot and is causing him to drop a hella load of rendering frames. Since yesterday it's gotten worse. He's using an RTX2080 - and we noticed this on overwatch.

his render time goes from 4.7 and spikes up to around 20is which is very random. itll happen when he dies or when things change within the game

1. Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of OBS.Live ( 19.5.27.394 )
2. exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)
3. delete %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser\obs_profile_cookies
4. start OBS.Live
5. Settings -> Stream -> disconnect -> connect

why is my audio delayed from camera?

Hey everyone. I’m having an issue pertaining to my microphone audio in OBS. I’m using an audio interface with an XLR microphone. Since this is a XLR microphone with a mono signal, I understood that it was normal to only hear the audio from the left side of my headphones. So to fix this, I clicked the “downmix to mono” checkbox to make the mix signal mono. The microphone levels are perfectly fine before “downmixing to mono” in OBS. However, after doing so, the microphone volume becomes about 6-8db quieter. Adding the gain back simply adds distortion. What can I do to get my microphone’s mono signal into the program without having to deal with the levels dropping when downmixing to mono? I would greatly appreciate any help, I’ve been struggling with this for several days..

if you are streaming directly from PS4, it does not support this kind of thing. if you have a capture card to feed into your PC, you can stream from your PC with these tools using software like OBS 😃

T'was a Windows setting: This PC > Properties > Advanced system settings > Performance > Settings > Visual Effects > The selected option that was giving problems was Adjust for best performance which appeared to be disabling all animations and conflicting with animations in the widget. Setting it back to Adjust for best appearance or letting Windows decide resolved the problem

Depends on your chat lines if you listed any.

0 Chat lines = Timer will proceed every time you have it scheduled for.

So if you have a timer set for 60 minutes while streaming online with 0 chat lines: It'll show in chat every hour.

BUT if you have a timer set for 60 minutes & have a chat lines set to 5: 5 posts will have to be made in chat for the timer to begin the countdown.

5 out of 8 of the timers are enabled. Also you have all timers that are enabled at the 10 minute mark. So it would be best to change the time frames for those cause that would cause the spam at once.

Stream Perk works with an image/gif shown on stream + audio heard.

You'll need the Store Redemption Widget in your Overlay for the image/gif + audio to be heard.

Watchtime imports are overwrites. So theoretically, if you edit your CSV with a new time and import it again, it'll overwrite the old time.

Just note that Streamlabs exports in minutes, while we handle it in hours, so you have a bit of conversion to do.

Any little thing can throw it off, you will want to make sure you have a basic static overlay, no animations, scrolling text, kappagen, hype cup. I would also recommend trying to cut down on the media sources that are being used, as all of those and any browser sources will just add to CPU usage

@random falcon 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly. There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points. It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time. Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

one more thing if you don't mind, so i have TTS on with tips, bits, subs and i have filtering on of course but i don't want it to filter out common bad words for example someone tipped : " hell " yea . and hell got censored. so i want to find a setting which allows the casual stuff but censors the extreme, and i have used filtered words. if there is a master post of words to add to the filter out list would love to have it to add it to my filtered out list.

You can disable the standard profanity protection and set up your custom profanity protection or you can edit the filter action.

The CSV is NOT overwriting points and hours on import
But instead appending it or adding it
No way to get your watchtime from 1 year 10 months to 0 seconds or whatever.
Made a force reset of my account so it is GONE. Please implement a ”more legitemate” solution because I am probably far from alone
I don’t care personally tho because it woun’t happend again for obvious reasons.

Does making SE have a custom bot name stop the bot from tracking new followers? My SE stopped tracking new followers and I have to make the bot depart my channel and rejoin to get it working again but yesterday it didnt track 2 followers I gained. and gave me no notification at all, would any body be able to help me?

@lament blade Keep in mind that someone re-following the channel may not show up again. If you are having consistent issues with followers not being received we can do something on our end which should solve that.

• All manual host events (0 hosts included and if filter set to 0)
• All hosts coming from an online channel. If the hosting channel has been offline, we do not show it
• All auto host events with at least 1 viewer
  Note: An offline host is when you see "X channel has just hosted you" - with no viewer numbers on the back
