Hey, Is there an extension in streamelements that lets us do a raffle based on how much view time someone has? So for example, you set up points for viewtime. Lets say i have 60 points, and you have 40 points. I Have 60% of winning, and you have 40% chance of winning. So basically, some people have a higher chance of winning the giveaway but EVERYONE has a chance at winning so long as they have viewed the channel.
Does that make any sense?

Overlays in our system default to 1920x1080, which is the max size on Twitch anyway, and can still be fit to your canvas if you stream at a smaller resolution, so long as it's still a 16:9 aspect ratio.

I've recently switched from Streamlabs to StreamElements and I'm happy so far, but I noticed I wasn't getting any Host alerts during the stream. I would see them pop up in my activity feed as they happened (using obs.live), but shortly after they appeared, they disappeared. Checked my activity feed from My Dashboard and the Hosts don't show up. If I check through the Streamlabs site, I can see them in my activity feed there. I have the minimum viewers set to 0 for the alert. Any help or insight would be appreciated

If you only want audio but not the video, you should not be using the "Show on Stream" option.
The audio comes directly from the player and is treated as desktop audio.

It sounds like he may have the same local issue as you do, but again, according to what I can see, your info is properly going into your account. Can't speak for his because I don't know his username, but it's likely fine there too.
Go to your Revenue history, make good use of that "select all" checkbox, and delete in bulk. 😃

Consoles do not have the functionality to support overlays on their own. You will need to use a capture card or remote play with your PC in order to use them.

Is there an option to disable regular subscriber alerts when someone gifts an alert to someone?
I currently have 1 overlay set up with 2 layers; 1 regular alerts layer and 1 full screen layer that ONLY should show my gifted sub alerts (since they are bigger than usual alerts). But when I emulate the gifted sub, it shows both the gifted sub alert as well as the regular sub alert.

or just use one alertbox that is full screen and designe the other alerts to be smaller in general and position the text wither with our tools or CSS

I am not familiar with the StreamLabs iOS App, but when it can handle browser sources you could try to create one at StreamElements with the MediaRequest widget, start the Media to play in the widget and try to add this to your browser sources in the StreamLabs iOS App. Be aware that we can't support running an overlay in their software.

Consoles don't have the functionality to use overlays on their own. You need to either use a capture card or use remote play, and stream from your PC.

Shot in the dark here since I've asked about this a few times now...
For alerts, when an appearance delay is introduced (of any length) for the text, the disappearance slider breaks/doesn't effect the text at all. Additionally, when a delay is used, the exit animation for the text doesn't work. It just stays on the screen until the alert is over and then abruptly disappears.

I have a question every time I enter my JWT token it brings me to my previous channel and not my new channel is there a way to sign out Ground Control so that it recognizes my new channel and not my old Channel I have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling to no avail

@shut scaffold 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly. There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points. It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time. Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Not sure where to askthis... Is there a SE problem atm? I couldn't log in to SE at all, had no overlay working, and couldn't log in to Ground Control - when it did log in it'd drop with a timeout message.

Afaik, this can only be done manually. You can create multiple scenes collections and switch between them, when you switch games.

Hello. I'm coming from Chatbot StreamLabs and I'm still a bit confused with using the StreamElements variables and commands. In Chatbot I used a command, for example, Kappa. Every time someone put the emote Kappa in the chat, the BOT would respond to that person by placing the emote as well. Not only emotes, but words too. When someone wrote NOOB in the chat, the bot replied "{name} NOOB is you" How can I do the same in StreamElements?

@lethal tide creat the desired command with the correct reply and use "noob" or "Kappa" as a KEYWORD.
That way when the word gets posted in chat the bot responds with the correct command reply

the Events-Rotator from the #widget-share is buggy for me. Everything works fine, but the Donation Stuff (showing wrong donations etc.). Does anybody else have problems with that?

I didn't change the code at all. For the most recent donation it shows someone who donated like one year ago. The Animations do work completely fine, but the text is shown wrong

For the giveaway the users have to enter the giveaway. You can just make it limit one ticket, set the ticket cost to 0 and make it for subscriber only

My alerts are giving the sounds for more than one alert whenever I get a sub. I turned off the volume for both an uploaded sound and the video sound and two still came on lol! Please tag me in a reply on how to stop getting an alert for a follow and a sub at the same time

It also doubles up on the follow song when I get a follow but that’s not as bad as two different songs at the same time
I fixed the follow one by just deleting and re-adding. We will see if that works for the sub. I shoulda tried that before writing you guys.

I tried importing it not from the extension but the streamelements obs live itself but it just doesn't load, so the extension is the only one that 'works' but still doesn't pick up the tips from streamlabs
Does it pick up the top donator only by the name? Asking because my actual top donator has donated from 2 different names which add up to the total biggest amount. *Streamlabs picks up only the 2nd name and sums it up, not sure if elements does the same.

I have it set up, and it works. But if you don't have enough points to do the command there is no response at all, making it seem like it just didn't see the command. As opposed to "sorry $user you only have $points and this command costs 120" or something.

The video quality is fine, and when hearing the audio through headphones connected to the ripsaw, it comes out perfect. But on the stream itself the game audio will be fuzzy, how do I troubleshoot this so the game audio is clear on my stream

- All manual host events (0 hosts included and if filter set to 0)
- All hosts coming from an online channel. If the hosting channel has been offline, we do not show it
- All auto host events with at least 1 viewer

If you have set the filter to 0 and the channel was online when he hosted, the host will show in the ActivityFeed.
