Streamlabs forces you to use slobs in order to use the giveaway full functionality but you loose (to me it feels like) full control over OBS

Afaik, as already statet it has to do with how twitch sends StreamElemnts the data of a raid, so they send a host and a raid alert when someone raids. Staff is aware of this and is looking into possible issues.

@dapper venture Since Apex Legends doesn't have optimized GPU drivers yet, it tends to take up all your GPU resources, leaving nothing for OBS. If you're having OBS performance issues, you'll likely need to limit the game somehow. The easiest way to do this is to enable Vsync in the game, or use a frame limiter. You can limit the game to 60fps by adding +fps_max 60 to the game's launch properties in Origin.

Unless you have duplicate widgets in an overlay, the audio has to be coming out of multiple sources for an echo. Media Request echos can also be caused by having the site open, and Use Song request enabled in Ground Control.

@gloomy cape OBS.Studio would be the way to go. As it's possible Slobs may block the overlay cause SE & SL being Competitors.

OBS.Live is a plugin for OBS Studio. It's still OBS Studio. If it's their login you're having trouble with, you need to go to them, but if it's the login through OBS.Live then that's something different.

It isn't a separate fork of the software where it's "oh, it's their version, all questions go to them." It's a plugin. It sits on top of OBS Studio's existing stuff, and just adds to it, not change it. So OBS Studio's functions still work the way OBS Studio made them, and OBS's support will be better equipped to handle those issues than we are.

So we need to know whether the login you're referring to is their functionality or ours. Because there's two.

If you want to track emote progress better, use the sub points widget, it updates from Twitch every few minutes.

All the profile pictures on my leaderboard only show the Twitch defaults.

Hello everyone. Not sure if this is a Streamelements problem but might as well ask. I am using a couple of Streamelements animated overlays in OBS Studio. My problem is my overlays lag when im in a game. If I use my full cam overlay while in game, it lags horrendously. But if i alt+tab and im not in game, the overlay doesnt lag. Happens with each overlay. Any thoughts anyone?

Yes, it's expected. When you raid, Twitch also hosts the channel, and the data for both events is sent to our system.

Can someone help with streaming Rainbow Six Siege. I am running a GTX 1070 i7 8700K overclocked to 4.7ghz. Trying to stream 720 at 30 fps and the fps fluctuates in OBS. GPU Usage is below 10% in game but FPS goes from 30, 23, 10 ect.. Tried with 1280 60 fps same thing, much worse. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm still having the issue with song requests displaying the wrong current playing song when I do !when.

If a viewer submits a song that is currently playing as "Song A" , and another viewer's song is next in the queue as "Song B". Doing !song will display "Song A" but doing !when for the 2nd viewer will say "Song B is 1 in the queue and is currently playing", when "Song A" is playing. if that makes sense

Essentially it's giving the viewer who does !when the wrong info about their song in the queue

You can try to do that, but we can't really support you in this case. There have been issues with some StreamElements overlay elemetns in addition with SLOBS. Note we can only display donations in our alert system when they are done through our tipping link. We recommend using OBS Studio or OBS.Live.
