Is anyone else having issues with chat commands? When i try and make a command e.g. !lurk, edit it and submit, it wont trigger in chat, and when I go back to the settings for said command, the exclamation mark is gone.

I started using StreamElements not too long ago, so it's not up to date with my newest subscriber, top donation and everything, that's why I didn't want to change it because then they'll be empty. I can bite the bullet on it though and install one from StreamElements.

One of the problems I'm facing currently is being unable to import tips&alerts as I'm always getting "An error occurred". I've tried reinstalling the extension, logging on both Elements and Lab and had no luck so far.

Ok, try this - logout from our dashboard, SLs dashboard, clear cache, log back in, make sure any other extension is turned off, have both tabs/dashboard in the same window now undocked.
If this doesn't work, there is another thing we can try just to see what error you are getting.

I've logged out both dashboards. Cleared Chrome's cache, turned all extensions off, have both dashboards in the same windows and even tried them both separately and still received an error. Restarted browser as well.

so from what I see, points widget will always show 1 extra due to streamer, if you don't want to use that widget (I'm sure it's just not updated due to grace periods) you'll have to use sub goal that increases with each sub but if it's wrong at some point u can reset it here https://streamelements.com/dashboard/session goals tab
I think that's the best compromise since you can edit whenever u want if it's wrong

Hi all. As @zenith widget knows I was having problems with the streamelements website. It started working and showing I was live on the website, then I got a donation and hasn't worked again since. My view count also gets reset when I get a donation and just says n/a but I am still getting messages from people.

What SE needs is an asset manager for the pieces in the overlays, so that way you can choose pieces and parts to, say, change the animation for the default cheer to the energy one without changing your custom alert box entirely.

Hello, I need some help. I'm trying the SFX store redemption workaround and I noticed some possible issues.
First of all, the bot doesn't recognize my loyalty points, even though i have plenty. Is that related to the fact that I'm the broadcaster / channel owner. If that is so, how can I bypass all the need for currency?
Second, the chat alerts module offers the option to disable Redemption events, but not to customize. I disabled it but it keeps saying cooldown messages. Since I can't customize, I'd rather not show them.
Any help?

Ok, so to explain in detail. If you have a brand new PC, old saved data like scenes and sources is not transferred to your new PC, unless you've went into %appdata%/obs-studio and saved your profile files.
Since its a brand new PC with assuming brand new installation of OBS, then you need re-add your overlays again from "My Overlays".

I haven't looked at the bot counter on the github to know exactly how it works.
Only major issue I see with that widget on github is that it requires the JWT token, which should not happen, but its been posted there by our own dev.
maybe make sure you also have the ${count} ready and made with a number
do a ${count test} and see how you should adjust it in the code.
