Try going to the main dashboard page, logging out through the menu, then clearing your browser cache, and closing the browser completely. Then log back into the site, and see if that helps

got it. Try re-copying your JWT token into ground control (just in case). You can also open a folder, type %appdata% into the URL, and delete the ground control folder, and reload it
that should get rid of any bad cache for GC
as for OBS.live, I would try logging out and logging back in

Make sure they've enabled it on the media share page. Make sure the !songrequest command is set to work online and offline. Make sure they have the loyalty system enabled.

The fact that you cant choose your own name or so you say, suggests something is not done corrctly on your side

@rich panther When the timer interval is met, it will check the chat to see if the chat lines were met in the last 5 min. If chat lines were not met in the past 5 min from when the interval was met, the timer resets and does not post until requirements are met

In that case pure OBS.Studio will be a possible solution.

The stream key is entered into OBS Studio, OBS.Live is simply a plugin for OBS Studio. and your confusion on the stream key does not excuse not reading the message that you were tagged in, and instead posting into a channel that has nothing to do with your problem, that another user was directed to as they were clearly tagged in that respective message

Usually you can just tell PayPal that you received a tip as you are an entertainer and it states the same thing that you received a tip in the tip description -> "Tip - Thank you for tipping".
Also if you want you can provide the tip message they left if you find it as evidence as why they tipped you at the time.

If you scroll up in #dev-chat you will find his message and the explanation on how to use it. Maybe this helps you to create your random pick.

When I emulate a notification it shows, but when the real deal happened it did not.

if they show in the activity feed but no alert either your overlay is set up wrong or the alertbox itself is set up wrong
so how long have oyu been using StreamElements and what was your "installation" process?

I would recommend you to use OBS or OBS.Live, because there may be some issues with StreamLabs.

You can, but we can't guarentee that they will continue to work with their programs. They have shown in the past to block our overlays (their mobile streaming application for instance)

We do recommend using OBS Studio, as the SLOBS application is just a hard fork that has had some bits and pieces of OBS taken out
so they are a bit behind when the updates come out

Hello SE, I need some help... I've streamed for a couple of weeks without any issues but today the fps is dropping for some reason. I bought a new screen, so I tried to have two screens, that made the CPU reach 10% usage while streaming and the fps drop to 5-15 every time something moved on screen...
Went back to one screen, but the new one instead this time, and it got a little bit better.. now the stream lags sometimes but not all the time... haven't had this issue before so I have no idea what the problem may be?

also can be caused by overlay stuff or even high fps from your game so there's fps drops on obs, lowering settings ingame or using v-sync perhaps helps

You can remove the Box with Media Request in OBS-Live when you choose StreamElemnts at the top bar in OBS and then uncheck MediqRequest.
