So to explain, we still have some details of the account, as they are not deleted automatically if they are deleted from Twitch. But we can't gather any info on it, due to a missing twitch token(becuase deleted).

You can remove the link establised as an editor/manager like I showed above, but to make sure that account and email are also deleted you will have to send a request to [e-mail] with account name and email for deletion.

is it possible for a timed message to not show the url. I.e. i want a message to link to my streamelements store. but the link in chat should only read "store" as a direct link and not the whole url

Twitch chat does not support short type links(as in actual words clickable as links like a normal website).

You can bit.ly for example.

as that can provide you with a shorter link.

Hey, is there a way i can change the return expression from the StreamElements bot when it comes to the song-request queue being filled?

Right now i don't allow for more than 2 songs to be requested per user, but i do allow for people to request past 2 if they tip with the request

However, the bot states "No more free requests available", which i'd like to change to "You've already requested 2 songs" or so

@unique spade the thing is it could/would overcomplicate how to use the Bot for users that arent that expirianced. And out bt stands for userfriendlyness set up. He is a little more simple but expands often!

You could do a workaround and make a Bot Command that whispers a User when a Keyword is mentioned that explains it to the viewer

as some kind of a follow up. Either have the explanation in your chat or let it whisper the user that couldn't redeem the .

I am not sure about the whisper function to actually reach the user since it would be triggered by a keyword from bot not by a Command prompt by a user...

But letting the bot respond in chat after a not successful SR is defiantly possible!

I think it pulls from the most recent concurrent sub... so like some people subbed for 2 months, let it lapse, then resubbed later. It shows up as "has subscribed for 6 months" but thats over 8 months. So the dates from twitch and that website show they subbed less that 6 months ago, but the badge reflects total months subbed...

Mostly yes, as a lot of our widgets share resources, so you don't need to have few sandboxes but just one

Here's a question: when making a subscriber alert, I just want an image to show.

Is this possible?

I tried just adding an image as a layer, but it doesn't have the subscriber trigger in it.

And when using the subscriber alert, I can't scale the image.

And the image can scale only to its original size - if its a .webm file, then it can scale up.

2) Locate the group of settings on this page called Cheers and click on Enable Cheering with Bits.

Ok, so the mac version is no on par with current version of GC for PC. This means that it might have a lot of issues with Media Request functions.

What I'd suggest is, to not use GC for media request and use the dashboard page instead

That might also be the cause of the double up.

as it tries to play it on GC and also the media request widget.

so you designe it in the editor and just input one overlay

So when you change stuff in your alerts for variations make sure to edit the right alertbox,

So if you have a alert box with just follower alerts and you want to edit the picture or sound for follower alerts you edit the Follower alertox that has this enabled.

not one of the others you have positioned else where that are for hosts or for tipping.

that way you only have to change it in one alert box not in the other 3-4 that you are planing to have for the diffrent events

If you are using the same browser source in multiple scenes, and try to use a different url in each scene, it will not work, you need a different browser source for each overlay

I have put a gif in my store to play when followers redeem a sound effect yesterday this gif would not play on further inspection it was a .welp file now i have changed the file to a .gif file will it now play? also do i have to go live in order to see this gif play once redeemed... or could it be that i have redemptions in my streamelements overlay and they are conflicting?

if the item is a sound effect, it will only play the sound. you would need to use a stream perk for it to show the gif and play the sound

Hey guys, I could use some help with an issue i've been trying to take care of my self. I have my overlay and alert box activated through my SE account, and everything looks fine, except for the alerts. I can hear them when i push through a test alert, but I do not see my graphic art in my OBS preview. Has anyone encountered this before? And if so, do you know a fix for it?

Good morning guys, I've never used this module/app yet and was wondering if I'm on the right path. I'm looking for a simple bot or mechanic that will allow me to do a giveaway for subscribers. Ideally I would like one that uses a command like !joinraffle or something of the sort so that online subs in the channel can just type that in, and at the end or whenever I trigger the draw it randomly selects a name. Is there anything you guys have that would produce this?

If you select "Give everyone their first ticket for free" they dont require currency, - the first time the user types !join it will enter them regardless.

@knotty basin Donations dont show in chat from users. If a user donates via our tipping page link, it will show up in your dashboard, and if you have Chat Alerts(module) enable, the StreamElements bot will post a message in chat.

The raffle module is managed through the Modules page on the site. From there, you can change how much currency you want to be given away (max). A raffle by default will give the max, you can change that by putting a number after the command

There is no out of the box way of doing something like this. something of this nature would require some custom coding involving a custom widget, and an api call to update the data in the custom widget from a command.

@delicate torrent I expect you are using Ground Control for renaming the bot, you will want to restart Ground Control. If you stream using OBS, I would suggest looking into using OBS.Live, as this has the bot rename feature in it
