@ancient cloud Ok, so remove the widget from the overlay, click save and try the "show on stream". If it gives you "no active widget" then just make a new overlay and add the media share widget to it and add it to OBS.

if the button doesn't respond with "no active widget" then you have one active widget somewhere which is the problem.

if you made overlays from a theme, they will have an alert widget in each overlay, you could modify one of those, and duplicate to the rest (just make sure to go into each one and remove the old one) or you could duplicate your existing alert widget to the rest of the overlays if you want to go that route

For twitch prime, the user needs to have sharing enabled on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/prime. Hello, I was wondering if someone might tell me why my hosts alerts and store sounds/perks with sounds aren't working. I have nothing hidden, have checked by emulating and then when checking 'real' activity have used the activity feed. However, only the follow, subscribe, raid and cheer buttons are working. I also checked if previous sounds worked and the streams from before 16th Sep all worked just fine (replayed through the activity feed). I have no idea what has caused this. Any support is much appreciated.

Because the alerts in this overlay are set to only play for 1 viewer+ hosts and the last 4 hosts you recieved were 0 viewer hosts, and as for the store redemption you need the store redemption widget to hear it ( I added that one as well and tested you most recent redemption and it worked)

Hello! Have a question about alerts.. So as we know, there's prime subscription variation and we can do alerts based on amount of months, so the question is, is it possible to create a variation based on if it's prime subscription and amount of months combined? So it's subscription tier + months?

No, tiers appear to have higher priority than months. So if you're not picking randomly, and you have one that plays based on month and one based on tier, the tier should appear.

to test it out, I'd suggest to use the custom sub alert

with the exact thing you want to see if its working

as you can choose prime, tier 1/2/3 and even sub gifting

as i think the random sub alert emulation, emulates at the lower tier sub, which is Prime

im a mod for xqc and sodapoppin. I am made overlays for mediashare for xqc because he will do it next week. I tested everything (bits, donos and subs) so the sound isnt too loud, the animations dont work and stuff like that but i cant test the media player it self because i dont have the "show on stream button". Is there a way for me to test it since xqc is sleeping and he starts streaming as soon as he wakes up so he never has time to help me out

when they mod the que and delete stuff or input stuff sneeky without me seeing it they always have to close the tab befor the video is ending

because otherwise the que doesnt know where to continue the video

but as soon as the next video/song play's you can go back to the media request and manipulate stuff

ive been forcing him for a bit to go to streamelements and finally convinced him that its actually possible to moderate requested vids here

we had so many issues on streamlabs with the 1 time he did media share it was so hard

so my designer and i have a MOV that has an alpha channel. Since MOV format isnt supported on streamelemnts we are trying to convert it otherwise to WEBM or something that retains transparency. Does any1 know any fixes? I tried a link given to me yesterday but it didnt retain transparency

Look at a program called WinFF, I use that to convert .mov to .webm

It a bit tricky to find the right version that has the .webm format, but it works really well

thats because the "new follower" with the lines below it are treated as a whole box. like a picture. i dont know what your editor looks like with the custom notification, with our standard alerts there is the option to show the text on the graphic

with a custom alert you would most likely need to edit it in custom CSS i guess

does anybody else have the issue where the chat bot does not mention hosts when they come in and even in the activity feed its mentions it but says hosted with 0 viewers. I've tired disabling it and reenabling it removing bot from chat and readding it so far nothing has worked.
