@peak ice we got complaints of people being sick that on the beginning of there streams they get a bunch of Auto host alerts with 0-1 view. So we lifted the limit on every account to only display host alerts when more views are attached to a host.
You can change that by going to the overlay Editor in your alert box - select host - put it back at 0 to show a alert

Is there a way to remove an entry in the event list? Occassionally, I will have a someone follow the channel then immediately unfollow just so they can show up in the event list. The only way I have right now of getting rid of them is to uncheck the followers option for my event list overlay, which of course removes legit followers as well.

They were replays from the day before, every host I had on yesterday’s stream didn’t work. I had to add stream lab alert to have a host sound. My replays from the day before yesterday will work fine and even when testing in editing overlay works fine.

It has been asked before and its disabled on purpose, for the bot to not be able to trigger its own commands via its own responses. This is to prevent infinite looping.

hi, what glitches are you talking about? streams that use SE are not any different than other streams when you watch them on your twitch app, except that they may look better 😉
@late gulch go to your overlay editor. click on "Data" in the upper portion of the screen and then click on the tab "goals". there you can set your progress manually, reset it, etc.

When making a theme, I get most of the way through the alerts, but the last few will not show the proper one when I try to run them in the SE emulator site. Any ideas?

are you saying you changed the alerts and not showing what you expect? what alerts exactly? check the variations, subs and cheers by default have variations

I removed the default one and put in variations. I've done this on other overlays and they work, but when I put them on my BRB overlay, even after I cleared the default one, it shows it anyway.
I did this for my host and raid ones.
Same settings every time. It's kinda odd.

@solemn crater 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly. There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points. It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time. Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Any idea when the bot name bug will be fixed? My bot is subbed and can use my emotes, streamelements bot can't. Otherwise I need to turn on Streamlabs chatbot for my raiding command. Bit annoying to start it up for 1 command.

@spring lake If you use our App Ground Control you can use the Twitch account for your bot to Rename StreamElements. You also need to use our tipping and Overlay to unlock this setting in Ground Controll.
So if you give your Bot Account a sub. The StreamElements Bot (Now also using your bot account to speak through) can also use your emotes.
Keep in mind to have Ground Controll open

Custom bot name requirements
- StreamElements bot modded and in chat

- StreamElements tipping page in the panels below the stream (!panels)
- Create a twitch account for the name you want to use
- Ground Control app must be running
Steps to enable custom name
- Sign in to https://twitch.tv with the bot account
- Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)
- Visit https://twitchapps.com/tmi/ and generate an oAUTH token
- Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
- Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)
Mac does not currently support renaming the bot.

You need to have GC open the whole time. And as I said use our overlay and tipping. If Ou switch to another service the option will automaticly disapear in Ground Controll. There for no rename. @spring lake
@spring lake are you using a Mac by any chance? Because renaming doesn't work on that.

@winter zenith I don't remember who it was. I have windows 10. The bot worked fine the first time. Didn't change any settings so I still have every requirement checked. But the bot is called streamelements now even tough ground control is open. And when I go into options the costum name area is totally gone. Like I don't have all requirements, but I do.

That would be awesome. The bot is called Truibot (don't know if you need that) I am currently not at my streaming pc, altough I can download GC on my pc here so I can check if it works. The thing you are doing doesn't get affected by the pc I am starting things up with right? Or do I better wait until tomorrow when I am at my Streaming pc (kinda live between 2 houses now).

What I just did basically means that the setting is always there, it bypasses the check for the 3 features before showing the option
So as long as the JWT token belongs to your account it'll always show the option in GC now

As for the follower goal, we can only track new entries, as Twitch doesn't send info when someone unfollows you.
