So I just realized upon going in to alter Sub alerts, That I do not use SE for my Subscriber alerts. I use.. Ya know... That other guy. The reason I use ... him.. Is because its integrated with gamewisp, so when someone resubs on GW, it pops alerts, and when i first swapped to SE, that wasnt an option that I could find. IS this something that I can get fully taken care of with SE so I can stop using... ya know, that other guy?

as I mentioned before, we cannot guarantee complete reliability with SLOBS, they have been know to try and block our services in the past

2: Not that I am aware of, but it might be possible to pull the info from the API

So I have two questions

I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to have a command reference another command (for example, a user types a command which makes stream elements type another command)

And secondly, is there a variable for the default !volume command? Can I create a command that raises (or lowers) volume by a set percentage when its used?

@obtuse plaza For the first question, the bot cannot call its own commands. This is to prevent infinite loop and spam. Although you can make a command trigger on keywords from users(only custom commands have keywords), but custom commands won't trigger from keywords in a command response(if this makes sense)

For the 2nd question, there is a default command for that - currently its a super mod command :

Re Q1 - Alright, I thought so. Thanks. I had a sort of russian roulette command in mind, which works on timeout, but can't call its own !addpoints command in the event of a "win" so I'll try to figure something else out.

Q2 - Right, I was looking for a way to make a user-level command that raises it a set percentage (like 1%) using loyalty points. The default command lets you set the volume amount which doesn't work for what I'm trying to do.

@weary mist @zenith widget . I solved it. The problem was in OBS on second PC because it seems like browser plugins in OBS plays via default desktop sounds. I had that turned of because sound is coming from capture card and microphone only. I turned that on and all of my browser scourses from SE overlays played at once even though I wasnt in all scenes except one obviously.. Now I have all SE scourses shutdown until I'm in that perticular scene and it works. Thank you for the support 😃

I had try to place it yesterday with a cost of 10 points. I had a max of 10 000 tickets (even if it was 5000 thats fine) however Stream Elements was forcing viewers to buy exactly 10 000 tickets in one shot instead of being able to purchase 1 ticket or however amount they want (nowhere near 10 000) haha

the giveaway was forcing them to purchase the max amount and only once could they purchase

First, just try doing a restart of your router and modem. Unplug it for 30 seconds (both from the power and from any cable (no need to worry about anything going to PC)). Plug the modem back into the cable, then the power. Wait 2-3 minutes for it to start up. Then plug in your router. Now, sometimes these are combined into one box, so just doing the full unplug, replug will work

Another thing to keep in mind though, if you want to become a twitch affiliate, they do have a clause in there that makes it so they can terminate the contract and any money you received by streaming to multiple platforms. @elder ice Usually the pre-made overlays are meant to be 1080p, so if you've downscaled them from the overlay editor, you will need to revert them. Not sure for Xsplit, but you should add the browser source(overlay) as 1080p and then have it fit to your Xsplit canvas( or how ever its named )

You can input the overlay easy into Xsplit and Set a custom Resolution. For this, it would be 1920x1080. Then just make it full screen to fit your 720p canvas and you are done @elder ice

My overlays I make myself in the Editor looked Kind of blurry and not that read able. Since I make my overlays in 1080p and down scale them in Xsplit it looks much better.

Hello, having issues porting our alerts from Streamlabs to Streamelements.
They don't seem to work in any way after being ported.
Our streamlabs alerts have custom HTML so im not sure if that transfers or not.

@sturdy saffron You can click on the alert widget and then on the specific alert type, in the general settings of the alert there should be a "Custom CSS" option. Click it and see if the HTML has been imported or not. If it hasn't try to manually import it, but remember that the events they are using are different from ours, so check the different variables in #dev-chat pinned messages

@last wyvern You would need to gift the bot account a sub, if you want all your emotes, it would need to be a tier 3 sub. If you are a partner, twitch will usually give the bot a permanent sub status

@floral badger the image should really just scale to fit as far as I am aware, the image should be cropped to fit, just tested with a few different size images, and cant replicate your problem

it might crop the sides of the image, so it fits in the square shape better, but I cant get it to do what you are seeing, unless you did something odd with the selection box when you uploaded the image

@floral badger Thats still going to come down to audio routing, either with a mixer, software mixer, latest windows 10 per app audio routing, or some other routing method. If you make the store item to be redeemable in chat, it should show in the extension
