You can't really add alerts or overlays over your console stream, unless you have a capture card
for the chat alerts - yes, that is the reason

no problem just did not want to post if this was the wrong place. I had imported some commands from nightbot but they were conflicting with streamelements so I had deleted the custom ones from nightbot and unmod nightbot from my channel and they still show up in its raw command form in the chat.
now when I try to unmod stream elements it still shows the commands that were imported that looks like elements does not support

So nightbot has some logic that we do not support. If you post some of those commands here, we could see if it is one of them, or if we can convert it to usage through us

Hello everyone I Love streamelements! Was using labs but I find elements ALOT easier. So, I should prolly google this, but I thought maybe more experienced peopl ehere may have a quick answer for me. I have a two pc stream set up. I am using stream elements alerts(which was SOOO easy to set up , THanks streamelements). My struggle is hearing the followers etc alerts in my head set. When A person follows, how can I hear that alert? I have the stream open on another monitor is browser on game machine, but have to mute it or I hear everything in a 5 second echo. Is there a way to send that notification from stream machine back to lin ein on game machine. In other words, how can I isolate just the alert sound and route it back to me? Or am I dreaming?

@hard inlet people will hear everything what you can hear, so the best way is to create additional overlay with alerts, but just with a short bell as a sound, so it can bring your attention.
And run that overlay in web browser on your gaming pc

Yes, as an example ( i have multiple sound cards tro allow multiple single channels) I can throw a 3.5 into headphones on Stream PC and run it to any Line in on game rig sound cards and then grab that in Voicemeeter and send to my head set

In a perfect world, and this is not at all a complaint, streamelements rocks. But as an exampople, media player I can go to options and have it play back on whatever I shoose. So, in a perfect world, stream elements ground control woul dhave like PLAY BACK ALERTS and an option menu, so I could for instance choose play back alerts on headphone jack. I am not savvy with how elemetns works, so I am sure there is a tech reason I can not do that, but that is what I am trying to accomplish, again, not a complaint, just trying to paint a picture

@copper bobcat I just add in random time intervals. Staggering the timers is something I think we have planned (like a timer queue), but the only way to do it right now would be through a custom api with some programming on a backend somewhere

@weary mist So I have narrowed it down to StreamElements. I have completely disconnected Elements from why twitch and unmodded Elements. I have also done the same for Nightbot. But when I type in !commands or and command for that matter I still get a notification in chat from Elements! Any fix for this?

if you want it to stop responding, make sure to part the bot from your channel. you can do it directly from chat with !bot part

I noticed my stream elements leaderboard isn't working since the update, anything I can do to fix this?
I've refreshed a bunch of times it's been on the "... " loading screen now for over an hour

I am having a issue, with my last stream i gained 6 new followers according to twitch, but stream elements only picks up two of those follows. This then skewed all my overlays like my recent followers list. I understand there was server changes or what not but with not having a big channel this a little upsetting

At this time, yes. There was lost data during that time. But it shouldn't happen again, this was one of those one off things that needed to be done.

@weary mist Okay well i appreciate the information, is there anyway to manually put in the names of my followers into the recent followers widget?

unfortunatly, there is no way to add them to the 'recent' data widgets that I know of
if they are new followers, and they didn't register, you could always have them re-follow you to get added

Those are usually populated when you get them. You can't really edit those on the fly. I assume you are asking about these right?

and is refreshed automatically 15 minutes after you end the stream

all the widgets that pull data from these tabs(session, labels and so on) can be adjusted to show different things (top montly dono for example, instead of current top dono)
