Hello @lament blade , You do not need to download anything. just save the Super theme overlay as a browser source in your OBS and delete the ones you had from streamlabs and it should work

I think the main problem is the language barrier because you just sayed "I use OBS AND StreamLabs OBS"
if you use OBS Studio - Delete the BrowserSource from StreamLabs
If you use StreamLabs OBS - Disable the "Alert" widget and all other widgets from StreamLabs (Also maybe only use OBS Studio since its more stable and easy to use)

Right now, the best option will be to download it directly from the OBS site, and update that way, since that is required anyways for the most recent update
@glad zinc We use the Google Fonts, so if you go there, you can see most of the options (some are too new, or google is silly and shows 3rd party ones as well)
then search that font name

a couple things we can try. Since you are using OBS, we can try a cache clear. Double click the source, scroll down, force refresh of the cache, click ok. Also make sure that the alerts are above everything else (drag the source up)

There is a few minute delay (mainly youtubes end). Question before I start answering more. Are you switching to your youtube connection to see if the events are showing up? (top left, click your name (next to the live icon), change to the youtube account)

You just create a command with the name pogchamp, then in the advanced settings, you can add PogChamp as an keyword
then it will pick up every time the emote PogChamp is used

Twitch doesn't have a "notification system" for hosts (unlike follows, subs, raids, etc.) so the only way for StreamElements to know that you are being hosted is to connect through you to twitch. This connection is made on:

- Ground Control desktop app - https://streamelements.com/groundcontrol
Please have one of these open during your stream in order to receive host event notifications.

But what exactly do you mean by laggy, like is the OBS fps low, is it just your stream? Saying it's laggy does not really help narrow down what is happening. It will also depend greatly on your encoder settings (output) and your video settings in OBS

So we only are able to update the information as it comes in. we do not pull information from the past when you join up. As the events come in, it will auto-update, but you can manually add the Latest fields in the Labels tab of the dAta page

That way when you switch, it deactivates in the other scene, and reactivates in the new scene

In these cases I have to just hide and unhide the camera source for the scene. This only happens when I use the different settings. One is 1080/30 and the other is 720/60

well, if you are hearing the audio multiple times, it needs to be coming from another source some where, like another browser source. Unless you were testing through the overlay editor, and did not mute the overlay editor

well, if OBS is the only thing open that would be playing the alert sound, then there has to be more than one source playing the audio, unless you have a duplicate alert box in the overlay you are not aware of

When you test your alerts in the browser, do you only hear it once (OBS closed or muted)

perfect. Then that means it isn't something with our overlay, but something with your PC/OBS. Could be a few things
A few you have gone over with Kite (the multiple sources, not shutdown in other scenes, etc)
If that isn't the case, sometimes it is a caching issue, where OBS derps and still has an old version of a source cached somewhere
The best way to fix this is to close OBS completely, open a folder explorer, and paste this in the url field: %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser
delete everything there, and load up OBS
Another thing would be to also make sure you close ALL browsers, all tabs, etc. Then open one tab, navigate to your overlay editor, MUTE THE SITE (right click on tab, click mute site), then emulate. This should make sure that there are no sounds coming from anywhere but OBS

Ok. I thought it was working but is the countdown extension panel for schedule having issues atm?
If I go into settings and set days and time it’s clearly fine however the actual count down for whatever reason isn’t matching up with what I seat.
For example I have a stream Monday night at 8 PM and then nothing until Wednesday at 8 PM. However the panel shows for some reason that I have a stream scheduled for Monday at 5 AM and Tuesday for 8 PM and then nothing for Wednesday but yet the countdown timer is correct

Is the fact that the countdown timer moves onto the next dream about three hours ahead of the current scheduled one? It was about two hours before I was set to go live and it already had started counting down the next scheduled stream

The version out now is the first version of the remade extension, despite our testing a few bugs cropped up but they've all been noted and an update is being made to fix them

Well I have a follower goal setup and the count is off, additionally I receive a email on my Apple Watch when I get a new follower almost 2 minutes before SL puts up the notifications on the stream.
Sometimes the notifications never come....

The only downside to the alert for stream elements is that you can point your audio and video to a webpage you have to physically upload them to use custom animations

@bitter kiln One thing to consider with the premade overlays is that they are done in 1080 P so if you stream and 720 or whatever you’ll need to set the source for 1080 but then downscale your output to whatever you end up using otherwise part of the overlay won’t show up

Ok, so i started to set up streamlabs but when i want to connect to chatbot it allows me to enter the bot's name first and when i have to enter my streamname it crashes. i tried using chatbot earlier, i can never manage getting passed the streamname part. So now that im on streamlabs i was hoping that would fix the crash, but it still is the same problem
