So, I've been having some trouble getting my !multi command to work for more than a week now. The idea is that a viewer can type
!multi elliface streamer2 streamer3 streamer4
And the command would generate a URL that inserts those names, like this:

But right now when I do a !multi (using the strings in the "response" like this http://multitwitch.tv/${1}/${2}/${3}/${4}) the bot doesn't respond with anything 😦

@amber dagger We don't have followers as an option, this is because it's more difficult than it seems to keep checking if people are following or not. Regular is a group that you can assign to people through the User Management page in the left navigation menu but for now it has to be manually given to people

In My overlays you'll have an overlay called something like StreamLabs Imported Alert Box, you can open that up by clicking on the pencil icon and begin from there or go into it but then duplicate it to another overlay

the activity feed is on the site, and also on the main dashboard, and on our desktop app ground control

@fast sky there is a widget called total followers, it will show your total amount of followers or lastest follower. Then the activity board will show top 5 or however many you set on screen the names of the recent followers. but im sure there may be a way to sort this if you need that specifically. now that @tight harness is here, his knowledge knows no bounds

It's to change the sound effects for display text, because some of them crackle for me for whatever reason. However, these files are all in subfolders, and I can't figure out how to make the script search through them.

Why is there an "offline interval" option for the timers? Can SE spam messages even when we're not streaming?

It's because sometimes people stay in channels when they're offline
And it's still useful for them to be informed of the timed messages, but because the stream is offline they're normally set to be less commonly displayed

Hello! I have a problem with my streamelements, I am not able to edit, change or do anything with my alerts, overlays etc. It wont save, neither me and my super mod can do anything about it, also I received two subs yesterday but it wont show up in my stream elements... pls help

Did you try a different browser to rule that out?

@empty halo In regards to not being able to edit or save alerts, what browser are you using? Chrome works best for our website. In regards to subs not showing up, all subs should share their sub via Twitch's Share button at the top of your Twitch chat, also if you recently became an affiliate remember to relog into the site for it to realise that you're now an affiliate

Yeah, relog on StreamElements, Chrome should be fine, I can't see any reason why it wouldn't let you edit your alerts, is it possible that you're changing the basic one but not changing the variations in the Variation Settings?

Good day, I had tried to add both sub goal AND kappagen but i wanted the 2 in separate areas for instance put sub goal bottom left of screen and kappagen to ONLY go over a small square area rather than the whole screen/smushing it all together in one area. On kappagen, you should untick this box, and then you can make a specific area for it
And you can do that by resizing the box by dragging the black box on the bottom right corner, or by going on the "positon,size and style" tab and manually writting the exact Width/Height

If it's getting cut off it must be because the box isn't big enough. That's how it works, the borders of the box crops anything that goes past it
