So I tried ressting things throughout as well as logging out and relogging back in and reconnecting my twitch account, but none of my information is updating. My profile picture is not showing up as well as it keeps setting my name to my old twitch name before changing it.

It is not working for me, I had to manually change my name throughout the different settings and I still cannot get my profile picture to import, so my tipping page and other things are showing up a blank picture/

Is it just me or do the variables for the "Recent Subscribers" widget display weird. I get the following values:

@reef bobcat could just be a visual bug on our end. I don't think it's supposed to show 2000, 3000 etc. But no there's no way for you to change how a variable displays itself
@slender anvil ground control isn't very stressing on the system but if it's showing video it could cause problems depending on your setup i suppose. But that means it would occur on any video.. Like if you had YouTube open

Before we had editor/admin web acces I used different browsers or incognito tabs to use multiple accounts but now I honestly wouldn't know. Perhaps by resetting your personal token on 'this is my account'and logout/login you get the 'type your name' field again.

The autohost is when the raided party goes offline. The /host is now only to be uses as a networking tool (before you go live to attend other channels with a manual host that shows up on their alerts). The difference between /raid and the old /host at the end of the stream is that Twitch changed it early December that automatically everyone (including the 
) joins unless they leave manually. This way raiding a channel brings a lot more joy for the raided party.

Hello all. Was streaming for 16hrs but my alerts stopped working 5hrs into streaming. I went to the site but the site showed me Offline then when my alerts stopped working. I closed my browser and still no change. I even reloaded the overlay. I also had the bot Part Channel and had it join again. Still no change. For the future of my streams, is there something that I'm missing? It's weird that after 5hrs of streaming they all stopped working. Cheers!

Could be your streaming software settings. Encoding(streaming) while gaming really depends on your system. If you're streaming csgo you'll lose fps since the game uses more Cpu than gpu.

@serene atlas We did find out a way to get the Video ID just using the video name, then you can use the Video ID it gives you to request the song. Add the command: !search - Add the response: Here's your video id: $(customapi.https://decapi.me/youtube/videoid?search=$(queryescape $(1:)))
Then people can request the song with !sr <Video ID>
Sadly that's the only way it can be done currently because we have a limit on how many API calls we can make from Youtube's API, but this limit should raise soon enough when we deploy youtube gaming integration

Hey guys, if I understand correctly !addpoints should add points to a user without taking from their own and an owner as well as a super mod should be able to use it however... whenever I type !addpoints user amount it says that the user is not found for some reason. Correct- I have hot key for "Skip Alert" set to "Alt + O" on my keyboard, but when I test an alert and press Alt + O, the alert does not skip.
I should note - the "Stop/Resume Alerts" does not seem to work either :). Only the "Skip Song" and "Stop/Resume Song" keybindings are working for me,.

I'm having some CSS issues on Firefox when editing the sounds of the alertbox widget. For me the "Change Sound" and "Clear Sound" buttons are completely overlapping the volume slider. (I'm still on Firefox 54.0.1 but i don't think that should matter, since it's fairly recent at least) Anyone else has this problem?
