Hey guys I think I found a bug, if you request a song then you wont be timed out for a posting a link which I believe is the desired effect, but if song requests are disabled and you try to request by posting a link, you get timed out by streamelements.

Now I'm trying to make a new seperate overlay for stream labels, but its giving me the same overlay link and everything from my general overlay is on this new one for labels even tho i didnt duplicate the original overlay

wait i may be confused on all this. let me back up, so I created a 'general' overlay in stream elements that has my subs, tips, follows, etc on it. I copy paste the link into my sources as a browser capture and that works. but I have one scene where I also need labels listing the most revent sub and top tip on it

okay figured out the problem but dont know how to fix it. When I test donation alerts, they show on the screen but the actual donations do not show on the screen. @reef yoke At the top of OBS you can create a Source Collection. If you have multiple Overlay themes (Like I do) Then it is easier to organize that way. Unless you have one overlay and brb and offline scenes. This will also help with lag and such

Well the problem is you emulate the follow through Overlay manager. This will cause it to play in the Overlay manager and then play in OBS. This is where the echo is coming from

Searching takes too many resources now but they're working on getting that limit increased.

Searching a song costs us ~100 points, meanwhile direct urls only cost 7. We currently have so many people using songrequest that we had to disable the search feature until we can get these limits increased.

@devout pulsar you can't do it automatically, you have to go to your streamelements dashboard and click part or use !bot part in the chat when you end your stream

i don't see an issue with them "farming" while you're offline, if you're online or offline, they are still going to farm :p

@celest bobcat @devout pulsar you can also !bot mute and then !bot unmute. People should still get points for following if you're offline but wouldn't get points for "viewing" as you're not online to be viewed.
