@slate meteor always have that, as having extra browser sources will drag down a cpu, even if you are not on that scene. plus if you have multiple overlays, and different scenes, it will play on each of them

Well, remember, gamewisp integration is new, so they tied it in to the twitch subs. I don't know if they are pulling the tier information in yet, but they are working on getting more indepth integration so you get all the right alerts and information.

You can use Roulette its sorta the same.

you can also technically use duel for gambling, but its a person vs person kinda gambling and its good coz someone gets the currency and not the house aka streamelements

so rather than the viewer vs the streamelements bot

@maiden salmon Hello, at the moment you can't change the drop timer point. It's blocked at 10 min. So like @slate meteor said, 10 points for 10 min can do the trick in the mean time.

@candid frigate Hello. It really depends on how you configure your overall system and how big your community is. It's really about what you want to give priority in your stream.

It's all based around having points every 10 min. So from that you have to do some small maths to give value to your loyalty points and how much each item you want to sell in your redeem shop, or how exclusive you want your song request to be. etc...

All depends on what is important to you. And how often your viewers can access it

well @candid frigate for my currency i roughly give 2 shells per 10mins

and for my store items youll see below

so roughly anything under 100 points, but thats just for me. Everyone is a bit different, i remember it took me a while to decide

but i feel 1 point per 5mins work well for me. I calculate by the hour i stream so if its 1 point per 5 mins, its roughly 12 points per hour and i stream roughly 2-3 hours per stream

so just average your viewers current view time (i guess) against your total stream time? haha plus how many days u stream a week? i stream 3 days min

@left jolt tbh I've had similar experiences lately -- mainly that the tip will show up in SE but won't deposit to PayPal until several hours later. I let one of the devs know bout it, but now that I know it's not isolated to me, I'll go ahead and create a bug report to have them investigate. It sounds like we need to figure out if it's on SE's end or PayPal's end. I've also been told foreign currency can take some time, but I still think it's important for them to look into this.

Okay- When redeeming Store items via chat on twitch, it only says the requirements the FIRST TIME someone attempts to redeem it. (Same on the browser store, as well).

Once you've used the command once, you can redeem it any time after that without it showing the requirements.

Is there a way to show it every time? I can give screenshots as examples, if needed.

Example: Store item (Hat - Command !redeem hat) is supposed to show the description, and when you click on it, to redeem it, it should show a link, which shows which hats the twitch streamer owns, so the viewer can pick on for the streamer to wear). But because I've already tested it and "redeemed" it once, it won't show me that link any more.

@lone bridge I was having trouble with another store item on my friend's stream as well. For Karaoke, it's supposed to show the requirement that He has to die 5 times in a row, AND get 0 kills in order for him to accept the redemption of the item, to sing on cam.

It showed me the prompt once in chat, and on the web, and after that, just auto- redeemed. So I had other viewers attempt to redeem it too, with that same luck. Once they redeemed it once, It wouldn't give them the requirements prompt any more.

So the stream Elements bot isn't letting any custom commands work, except !command in shipwreckshark 's chat right now. Is there an outage?

Tested all of her custom commands. None of them work.

I was able to add a command, however. And when testing the command, it worked.

I was also able to delete the above test command.

To add to this, slots works, and the other modules such as duels and bingo are functioning.

I have a beast iMac that I also use for Recording and Video production like Pro Tools and Final Cut Pro. its a i7 3.4 ghz quad core 8 HT with 16 GB of Ram so it works great to stream with @silk patrol and If I run BootCamp with windows it would work even better but I cant at the moment

lol @upbeat tree well, the draw back to using a Mac with a elgoto I have to have the Elgoto software open and do a display capture of the Elgato window showing the game plus OBS running so I use 95% of my CPU for both of those apps running until they make a driver to send the video and sound stright to OBS like they do in windows. I like streaming at 720p 60fps so it takes alot to do that 😦

One slight issue I found with contest (thank you guys for rolling this out BTW!) is if I close the contest early, the bot still seems to announce "no longer accepting bets" like a minute later after it already said it was closed.

@humble ether I think you are creating a sound effect rewards, that's why it's asking for a sound. the default sound when people redeem the item is in the "item redemption" widget in the overlay editor. but if you want that sound to be heard on your stream, you need to use StreamElements overlay. That's why you should use everything instead of a little bit of this and little bit of that
