it's only just popped up on our end as an potential issue, while the impacted/banned users cant talk/view channel, they still have the ability to spam the follow/unfollow button, which (unless you compltely turn the notifications off) will continue to show them following, etc.

@warm stirrup i get what you are trying to do, and right now a different overlay for each is required. I know it has been suggested, and I think they are working on making it so store redemptions will use the image you provide. Once that is out, you will only need one overlay, and one store redemption widget :)

100% sure that the chatlines are not the cause. Those 2 5 minutes ones, one was a temp timer only for that broadcast and added that day, the other one was for replays added when we started using SE. Just mix everything up a bit. π

That's the silly thing, we shouldn't have to mess around with the timers to make them work. π
Each one should be setup with an independent timer variable that keeps track of that specific timer.
Tried again, same issue lol. adjusted chat lines on timer but keeping both timers on the same amount of lines. Only the longer timer ended up firing. :/

Hey guys, I had a question about how people tip us. In Streamlabs, you had the ability to accept credit cards and pay pal. They were two different buttons to activate. Even tho, you can link and use a credit cart with pay pal (i believe), maybe this is more simple, and keeping it all in one with just paypal in StreamElements? I just want to make sure I am not leaving tip money on the table from people that want to tip with a credit card, and dont have pay pal. Is the credit card option, going to be added, or how does this work with the current build for people that want to use credit cards? Thaks guys!

So, I use 3 scenes (I change camera angles and have them on 3 different scenes) and when I switch scenes, the overlay resets and my events, bits in the cup and other info goes away. Tried doing more timer tests. Setup a timer for 1 chat line, another for 2 chat lines. Only the one for 2 chat lines is firing. I disabled the 2 chat line timer and the other still wouldn't fire. I changed the chat lines from 1 to 2, then it worked. I enabled the 2nd time and now only the 2nd timer is firing again.
First timer is set for 2 minutes, 2nd timer is 1 min.

Hey, got a little problem. I'm trying to set a particular custom command so that only I can use it. I set the userlevel to Broadcaster, but when I enter the command on my Twitch Dashboard, it doesn't work.
How do I check to see if I am recognized as the Broadcaster?

it'll return your user level, that then you can use, for the other command

well my advice for now (until someone qualified can actually answer you), is set the command to work for super mods, and make sure you're the only super mod.

there are 2 types as i know selling goods and friend's transaction
would be nice to have the ability to choose because friend's transactions don't have chargebacks
only if creditcard issuer asked because of stollen etc

There definitely needs to be some sort of payment option that won't allow chargebacks or at least has more protections against it. (Well, more than PayPal π )

yeah, but taxes too big even for streamers (in some countries 30%-60% is lost for affiliates)
it is easy to get invite to aaffiliate program, so basically when you have someone to donate you can become affiliate in general

There's no real way of protecting against charge backs, unless a company (like twitch) takes care of all the legal bs behind it.
