same here, I think its the same bug as the one mentioned in #1504175765594308698 , it freezes if you hit the hospital as well
well, not freezes, but after getting the high command message that the calibration shot was successful nothing happens afterwards

Might be 2 seperate bugs. I did not use the firing panel switches.
As in the panel itself might be broken in its own way.

I had seen it seems you need to go sleep in one of the beds to progress the game, might be your problem

The beds are located at the bottom of the nest, you can go around the guns to get a dropoff point or look for a lever in the ground Infront of the firing console
