Projected feasibility: Move 6/10 ; Draw Attention 9/10
Impact: With all of the noise of loading, firing, etc. it is easy to miss when new intel comes in. Moving the teletype machine so that it mounted to the map table, or putting an alarm bell on the teletype so that you must go to the machine to turn off the alarm would both draw the players attention to moved spotters and new targets.
Detailed description:
Option #1 - Move teletype machine. The machine could be moved to the far side of the map table so that it can be easily read from interaction side. There is space to the right of the decorative dials. Care would need to be taken to avoid blocking movement around the right-side loading station.
Option #2 - Alarm bell. When a new message is received, a bell begins to ring. The player must go to the teletype machine and interact with the bell to acknowledge the message. This draws the player's attention without reworking the 3d interior, but does take the player away from the map table and forces the player to copy the updates to the clipboard

Effect: Since this intel teletype is the primary method for informing players about changes to the battlefield, drawing the player's attention prevents the player from missing importing updates, which could not only include spotter movements and new spotted targets, but also lore events, weather/environmental events, changes to rules of engagement, etc.
