I have made that mistake of doing Player stuff in a Subroutine, and forgetting that sometimes that Subroutine was being called by an event that didn't have a Player passed as a parameter. So my Player in that case was "null", which it seems to treat like the number zero and complains in unexpected ways

I would recommend starting a new one, if you change modes or factions. Especially just for fucking around with it.

You do have to set at least one map before you get into the rest. Also, if you're doing this on your phone, I have never had Portal work great unless it's on a desktop web browser.

I mean for me personally, i'm studying game development and even tho this is a small "gamemode" sandbox, its still fun to play with it and create "customized" gamemodes. Hell, the DICE developers gave the community the ability to finally mod their game again. (at least with given tools). Its just great. I've missed the ability to mod the game at all since BFBC2. The top-tier would be dedicated servers again and custom admin tools, maybe also coding work you can do to create own modifications. But hell yea, i like it.

I guess DICE is already watching the problem with XP lobbies and i hope they punish players on it.

it's just that it would be nice to keep servers up so people who want to continue playing don't have to leave and spin up their own servers after you quit
