Your numbers make sense, missing a couple things like bullet travel times which are irrelevant at close distances but make all the difference in far distances and other things like expected hitrates at several distance gaps and how dispersion per bullet/per burst affects those, since you cant realistically expect a 100% hit rate.

For instance, under 150 m, the TTK for ARs (excluding AC42) ranges between 225 ms and 400 ms (approx.). Does this justify a slight buff for the AC42 - what do you think?

Hmmm there is more variables involved than "on paper performance" like popularity, usage and KDR data. We have weapons that, on paper, are pretty bad and yet the higher skilled players have insane KDR with them, so if we buff those those players will become even more oppressive. And we have others that on paper are amazing, and yet dont see much play. Balancing in a vacuum is dangerous 🙂

I felt too many 2042 maps do not have that linear progression, because multiple sectors will be of roughly the same distance from another. Hourglass is the biggest offender here IMO.
