Like I said. People use C5 for ground vehicles and groups of infantry. Sundance has smart grenades for both those. Just buff anti-armor and she no longer needs C5.

Restricting C5 on Sundance fixes the problem of tanks getting ass-raped out of nowhere with no counter-play and keeps her viable as long as A-A grenade gets buffed so she can still damage enemy vehicles. maybe she can store two charges of smart grenades again but scatter gets nerfed to not be as oppressive or something
