i'd play rao more often if he was actually useful. Hack range is ~200m and stinger range is 400m, which is useless unless you're right under the helicopter (and even then you won't be able to do much for reasons listed below). TV missiles do pitiful damage and are only helpful if a heli is already on low health. M5 does good damage but takes 3 years to reload and is dumbfire. AA grenades do nothing. Meanwhile transports and stealths are free to clown on the entire lobby with 50mm, miniguns, stealth mode, bombs, auto repair, and unlimited flares. This dynamic is in a very poor state, and has been for as long as i can remember
