I have the CQ 30 round mag in the plus menu, but I primarily run 1.5-4X scope, High Power Extended (20 Round Mag), Extended Suppressor and LWG Grip

Try the stubby cause it's the best general grip. 5x is pretty good but really whatever works for you.

BCG Light Grip improves general weapon accuracy and is usually the best option on almost all weapons afaik
