which should give you about 35 tiers, depends on how much xp you get inbetween
if you gain a decent amount of xp between, you can easily get to tier 50 or more

the only thing making it somewhat balanced is the low ammo supply you can carry for it. if you’re running BSVM you almost HAVE to also run ammo crate or play angel
