The spread on the jet's gun is a bit much, but I'm just glad as an infantry player I haven't been killed by it 
If spread makes it be balanced it will have spread. Just like every gun uses tracer rounds.
This is a reminder that BFV had smaller maps, less players, yet more vehicles per map

the one guy who was fighting me in another jet left after i ganked him 3 times

why should anyone care about that if it seems that about 75% of the community wants the bsv nerf and jets buff along with tanks buff
My biggest issue with jets comes in the form of their masteries
they should care more about the community than themselves in terms of how should the game be built
everytime i dived in my strafes it took so much input to pull up
You need to get vehicle kills to get jet masteries
otherwise goodluck with getting money out of 3 dice devs playing the game daily at most lol

The Anti Vehicle rockets absolutely shred enemy helis and ground vehicles, but because the heli moves so poorly aiming is horrible and you can barely get away once people start attacking you.
i hope the next battlefield is a mix of korean/vietnam

when playing as falck or angel, make the revive icons x1000000 times bigger
because no one revives
i'll check out the new jets, and see if the heli controls have been fixed as well as any potential undocumented changes, but that'll be it

I play Falck, I use Ammo Box and her pistol so I play both, I feel so unrewarded it's unreal
nothing to do with the physics, although something could change that hasn't been written down. They have just reduced the spread on the cannons quite significantly, and nerfed the AGMs somewhat
Engineers and Assaults should get more XP for destroying gadgets and vehicles
and Recon should get more XP for spotting

It’s missiles as well, are to short range. Like it should be the primary AA of the game, but I’m sure if they posted the stats the main AA is FXMs. The payload/range of a wildcat AA missile should be way bigger than a shoulder fired AA
and the kill stuff, pilot, repair, etc, that stuff is all good, doesnt have to be about vehicles all the time

Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because you were already dead.

But really though, it still doesn’t make sense to me that an AA missile fired from a vehicle platform, that’s purpose built to track aircraft, has the same range and damage as a shoulder fired one. FXMs shouldn’t do as much damage as they do, they definitely mixed up the damage outputs on AA missiles

I think the TV missiles should be buffed. I've played stealth heli for days, and I've never been hit by a single missile, and there have been a lot of them coming at me.

Separating the jets and helos would be fine, as the attack air having 2 was never the problem. The problem was the lack of AA platform, which is why the wildcat needs to be buffed to better fulfil the AA role

I suspect packet loss of some sort, it's strange that the 2nd enemy in the clip doesn't notice the player firing at them, or walking infront of them.. + the position in which they die / get warped to.. looks a lot like packet loss to me.

I think adding a bf4 type system to tanks is beneficial, instead of the smoke - like the ads that we had ..sitting ducks now in tanks when you have 4 lis rockets coming your way with some M5 recoiless in the mix

As in BF3 Portal side the handheld ones have ~600m range and the Tunguska has ~800m range
as i use blue for my team color and magenta as reticle it really messes with me, and makes it super difficult to see the reticle in flight q,p
Well the FXM damage could be lowered some, to make the wildcat the main AA option for a team. Again a smaller shoulder fired AA would probably fly faster due to lighter payload than one that’s launched from a vehicle. Or added lock on range to a wildcat would be another option, even by 100-150m

Even looking at the in game models you can see that the launcher on the wildcats turret is way bigger (even thicc) than the tube on an FXM

WC should just get buffed, and FXM should stay as it is, WC should be the powerful choice, something that will 100% get the job done, strong
but FXM should still be a useful tool for infantry to be able to protect against air
EMP Grenades should go honestly. It's kind of silly that you can toss a grenade in a tanks general direction and completely disable it.
If movement wasn't like going through molasses in them, it wouldn't be so bad.

Even being able to fire the WC missiles in a faster sequence would help, but it has quite the long cycle time to fire the second one. Like in theory they are pre loaded launchers. The old AAs of BF4 could rapid fire their missiles. Most of the time if I fire one and they pop flares, by the time I can fire a second one and it tracks to target, their flares are off cooldown (assuming they fly in a straightish line away from me)
I guess my points were more generic toward EMP & Hacking than anything, in that they're actually very strong gameplay wise-- but they don't feel rewarding to use, the sense of impact is just not quite there.. It's not overly clear what the grenade or hack actually did to the machine you impacted.

I don't think they need to be, the less use of them the better. That sounds unreasonable, but when I'm required to use the MPAT on tanks, which forces direct hits on infantry, I shouldn't be able to lose control of everything other than movement by a easy grenade toss. Same goes for Rao's hack.

Kind of? More like I’d be a middle man. Other player out of range to hit a transport hovering over point X, but I’m closer at like the 350m. Player with FXM or M5 is 500m away from transport. But if I soflam them with my closer range, they can ping off that to close the gap instead of having to run 100+m to get a lock

@wary sleet ik it's cliche but personally would love to see a japanese specialist that specializes in stealth, like low-no footstep sounds and an active to hide from radar, and a movement based medic e.g a double amputee with prosthetic legs that can jump high or something 😛

It's two pronged really, we have seen players find character gadgets that have multiple selections.. Irish, Sundance etc as being quite a confusing experience for a lot of players, it's not a brilliant flow.. And having 3 different types of grenades on Sundance lead to the scenario a lot of time where.. "Ahh I want this nade! .. Ahh wait, which one do I have.. how many times do I have to cycle through to get the one I want?! " -- reducing this to 2 options made this flow a lot more simple.
It's either A or B... the latter part of what i mentioned is nullified.
The other prong is like you mention, Sundance has a lot to their disposal, a wingsuit, solid scatter grenade that is arguably a lil'too OP even still :D .. an anti armor nade that can kill vehicles, then they had the EMP nade ontop of this..
The EMP can completely disable a tanks functions outside of movement, that's objectively unbalanced. No real argument about it tbh.

yeah i thought so and was a great decision... Sundance is my most played specialist, and many times i would threw the EMP granade thinking i had the frag or anti-armor lol so yeah was a nice change..
The only reasonable weapon restriction is to keep snipers away from support gadgets.
It's a small thing, but I'd like to be able to swap sundance nade types even while it's on cooldown, so when the cooldown finishes I can immediately throw the nade I want.
Perhaps the EMP concept needs a re work overall. Like emp grenades only affect vehicle movement, but not weapons systems, where as a recon drone/rao hack job stops weapons firings and not movement

And yeah, now that I think of it, it did get a little "busy" when choosing grenades to use, especially when you needed one quickly. The swapping is already fast, but as I'm sure you're already very aware, some decisions need to be made in-game with split-second reaction times. 😄

While true, we display with Paik's scanner that you've been revealed so you're made aware that your location is compromised.
Casper is a bit ambigous it's a 360 degree sphere that sits ontop of him that scans when enemies around him move.. it doesn't necessarily tell you where the enemy is.

I think a movement boost passive would be sick. Function like an added layer to traversal sprint (press sprint another time) But make it so they have even slower ADS time when transitioning from it to ADS. No idea which gadget they could make to add a good teamplay synergy to this tho

No more c5 drones, sundance can’t carry 3 c5, (I’d be fine with her needing to use the anti vehicle grenades, at least then I can compete. Right now it’s too easy to get flanked and die), adjusted damage values to the G84 vs all armor (more incentive for M5 against armor again)

And maybe remove the passive Regen of lis rockets and have her locked to just 4 rockets, and have her need to resupply for more
APS that you can control at anytime, but it has non-regenerative stamina, until you use it all and it has a 30-40 second refresh. I say this, because APS the way it is in BF4 will not work on these maps. There's simply too little cover to retreat too, and too many helis can simply hover over you.
Multiple ammunition types would be really beneficial too, because "AP, HMG" being the only viable option is extremely boring and limits your playstyle severely. Vehicles should be interesting, and provide unique experiences in each one. Amour angling is desperately needed too, because without it, it's become whoever shoots first wins. I, as a valentine, was able to out maneuver and kill a tiger in BFV simply because of how I could use the angling and round types.

Too add onto this, no C5 Drones, and Sundance absolutely should not be able to carry C5. They can hover over tanks no issue and wipe them out.

It’s great for more casual play without having to adjust to 64, I understand the 128 to 64 changes made in AOW Vs players, but against bots they can at least be options
Honestly, APS in BF4 was super annoying. I might be one of the few, but even as a ground player (infantry/ground vehicles), it felt like that alone really broke the balance of it all. A good tanker can still go 60-0 and wreck the whole shop apart, but now they just don't get invincibility that they can pop at will (with a cooldown, but still).
At the same time, increasing the armor/health of tanks while lowering rocket damage to compensate for the lack of APS...I mean... You get BFV. Hill-humping tanks that just camp the whole game shelling the entire map farming kills.
I fully agree that there needs to be an aggressive option for tanks, but at the same time, both of these solutions are...questionable at best as to how they would work in BF2042.

It's unmistakably a broken mechanic. There's no arguing with it, and I'm shocked that there is internal diagreement on that.

Even as infantry, you can’t survive a C5 drone as a Dozer if they have more than 1 C5 stuck on it.
add rocketpods to jets and make them fly like in bf3
APS lasted against one good rocket or shell in 4, that playstyle can still be completely decimated via air vehicles so I don’t think we’ll be seeing 60-0 again

We should get IFVs. Infantry Fighting Vehicles. A driver, Gunner, and 6 transport slots in the back.
Like in BF3 beta the C4 MAV was noticed to be too much and removed before launch.

IFVs fire a totally different munition than the Wildcat so I don’t think of the wildcat as an IFV, plus transport slots
My thing about vehicles is that they should all have unique roles, with unique sub roles below that. The way BFV did it.
Would be cool if we were able to Mount Irish's APS on ground vehicles, would help counter the rocket spam
The Wildcat isn't an IFV.
It's just a mobile AA gun.

An "easy" (game dev is never easy, but still) fix would be to remove the collision from the drone for everything but players, the ground, and buildings...or whatever else would be logical to collide with.

the wildcat is trying to be to much, and not succeeding at them. either be AA or IFV with 40mm, not both

Sam, can we potentially get a passenger seat or two on the MAV so it functions more like an actual transport? I’ve noticed to compensate, players had to demand the spotter seat stay open so the MAV could function as intended

Specializations are pretty much perfect for vehicle equipment customization.

I mean 100%, it would be really goofy-looking to watch as you throw a C5 at a drone only for it to phase right through it, but while I admit it's not a glamorous approach, it could definitely be a temporary solution.
Also, if I worded that incorrectly, I meant that it would still collide with everything, it just wouldn't be possible to attach things to it.
I still owe you a list of feedback, but I caught a lung infection in the meantime haha
12 pax in one vehicle is a bit overkill unless it's a transport helicopter
