don’t use the drone, emp grenades are supposed to be used against vehicles, but i suggest equipping a ammo crate, and just firing it at choke points or any vehicles you see

but, you can’t lock on with the rocket launcher if they used flares, even if it’s hacked

so if they deploy flares as or before you hack them, the rocket launcher won’t be able to lock on. good vehicles can indeed flare right before being hacked, and protect against rockets, but if you hack them before they get flares out, you can easily land a hit

i mean, if you find yourself at a choke point with an enemy, try to get a peak and hack them, so you have a better chance against them

you can also hack gadgets, like irish trophy system,turret, doors, etc

again, if you pair him with smoke, at choke points you can smoke to cover teammates, and then hack through the smoke to find enemies, and either shoot them yourself or have a teammate do it
