Hot take: Hind/Condor should be buffed by adding more weapons variarity for gunners and giving the pilot "Smart missiles" (that useless default junk on attack helies) or Bolte's missile pods (not sure how good they are, but looks cool). BUT buff Anti-Air. First and foremost move Stealth jets to its own category and buff them (heat seekers are trash, radar missiles are missing half the time, 30mm cannon eats thought enemy jets quite good, but not enough against helies). Then we can talk about something akin to flak turrets (dont think this would be the hard part since turrets already a thing in Portal and MAV have flack turret as an option for third gunner), I dont care if it regular stationary or some kind of specialist akin to TF2's engineer who can build stuff

Here's my "wishlist" for the game in the short term:

Fixed the bug where doubletapping E only inputs movement commands instead of getting Ranger to follow you (this is annoying because, once you input a movement command for Ranger, you can never get him to follow you again, you can only move him)

Proximity Team voice chat (not global because it would be abused. This would encourage teamwork beyond the squad)

Pings show up to nearby team members depending on proximity. This means squadmates will always see your pings as usual, but teammates will see them when they're within a certain distance of you, encouraging teamwork beyond the squad.

Defending would become a lot easier if leaning was implemented; also, guns in this game aren't lethal enough (which is a good thing because it's an arcade game) to justify leaning.

Even up close, you will take 2-3 shots to die to most weapons, it's not a hyper-realistic oneshot kill game like Squad for example, so if you could hide much of your body while protecting the flag, you would be at such a huge advantage.

I too feel the lack of leaning in this game, as a tactical player, but I comprehend why it's not in the game and I feel like it doesn't have a place in the game with the current structure of weapon damage.

Short barrel + HP = best

if you are really close range, use Close Combat ammo

but Short Barrel + HP gives powerful bullets with AR speed, good all around

if you want to shoot for real range, you could switch to Long barrel, but short barrel is good enough

plus, semi fire is also a good control, but auto fire is nice for spraying
