There’s some I really like. Like the PBX. THE AK24 reload is satisfying. Same with the SFAR. The pistol reloads generally look good. And the revolver is like the only good revolver reload in FPS games. Since it actually keeps track of how many rounds are fired, and they get extracted using the extractor instead of dropped. Which is how it would work

Also the XM8 reload in portal has an animation for smacking the charging handle paddle. But the gun doesn't have a charging handle paddle...

The German winter outfits were added to BFV eventually. As for Bulge, it is 100% BFV assets, it was clearly in development while BFV was still getting support. It was an active choice to not add it to BFV. Everything already existed in the game for it, US and German winter sets, US and German tanks, etc
