I have said it before they are only obligated to the number of seasons and not how long each season will be. Someone linked a post saying each season will run 3 months but time will tell. I could see them running for 45 to 60 days per season then putting out their normal we learned our lesson and are working on the next game.

Occasional stutters do happen on PC, I've noticed. Less so with the most recent update. PS5 feels nice and Xbox has occasional stutters. Crashes if I play more than like 3 hours.

I'm curious to know if DICE will let PORTAL join the space editor? The game play that the rules editor can apparently change is not enough. I recently played the 64-player map, and I think the current 64-player map has a very reasonable point design. But apparently the map utilization is greatly reduced, can the same map set different lines of attack? That way there could be two ways to play on one map. After adding the space editor, PORTAL's gameplay will be more diverse, and for the sparse map 2042, the gameplay will become very varied.

• developers working from home due to the Covid situation
• 18 months before the release someone decided to use the new Frostbite engine even tho they started to develop with the "old" Frostbite 3
• contractual restrictions between the publisher and the dev house that launched the game at an earlier status
• parallel works on 3 different game main modes (without considering the sub-modes)
• complains from the community about a lot of things and try to listen and accomplish the majority of us
• the reasons that Xenomorph explained you before
  then in the mean time they are doing also some other "minor" things like for instance the mud on the specialist dress (it was introduced a couple of months ago), new animations and traversal improvements; without considering that during during S1 there will be a new specialist, new weapons and new vehicles.
  all this stuffs done in parallel is a time consuming, no matter how big a team is if it's split to work on other things.
  and remember that they knew it wasn't easy to do all this things, in fact on January they announced the new S1 release date to be this summer
