BF4 was worse in terms of bugs, but it was guaranteed a recovery because it was just that, bugs and instability.

BF2042 is worse overall imo, because of the instability, poor performance, bugs, and ontop of that, game design regression so far that recovery is not going to happen.

BFs launching poorly has only truly happened twice (BF4 and 2042), the biggest issues with V was a lack of content and horrible support.

They need to add some counters to vehicles like helicopters. Shit is so annoying playing and no one on the team is using anything to take it out. You have just a stinger or a recoilless and then you have to be really lucky with the recoilless or someone else has to use a soflam which just breaks the equipment. I hate the hot swap. Anyone actually use it? Just make the throwable like grenades back and then hold 2 gadgets instead. And then move all the specialist’s gadgets with others into the secondary gadgets and split them evenly so if you want 2 specialist gadgets before the revamp you can now and then hold 2 other gadgets like other BF games. It’d be real fucking nice if I could have a tactical beacon and some rockets or rockets and C4 but nope. No can do.

The next games severely improved upon the ideas BF3 and BF4 put down.

Overheats your weapon and keeps it that way for 1-2 seconds, and it's something you can't counter.
