ok, so I guess you are already aware that wireless devices can be affected by radio interferences so a test that I can suggest you (unless you already did it) is to try to wire your headset (I don't know if all wireless hs support this feature, in case you if you have a spare headset can try with that, also the one from your smartphone will be ok).
if the issue is still there it could be that the CPU is not power enough to handle both games and audio, just remember that this game is pretty heavy and (unfortunately) not well optimized yet for PCs so it's easy to have high CPU usage.
if you are using a dedicated audio card instead of the one integrated on the mother board....well, tbh I don't know, it's more complicated to troubleshoot.
last but not least try to update everything you can: Windows (don't upgrade to 11, just the classic updates), firmwares and drivers of your pc components and devices

obviously it works best normally a medium range, but you can make it work at medium to close range with close-range rounds
then for the in-your-face range, a shotgun would be best
and wouldn't you know it, the M5A3 has an under-barrel shotgun attachment
just press X to delete foes in hallways

Why do the PORTAL BF3 guns shoot blanks so often? Takes an entire magazine to kill one guy because the weapon spread becomes insane if you spray for more than half a second.
