Yeah I did. Turned out I needed to disable my other mic and audio options. The voip doesn’t use the same input and output as 2042 and was defaulting to virtual speakers and mics that had been installed with virtual desktop even though I had the correct mic/speakers set as default. Adding the option to select input/output on voip or having it default to the same as the game is using would fix this
