When comparing this game to past games theres so much shortsitedness. Devs promised bf5s gunplay & there isnt a single aspect of that , that exists in this game. BF4 premium delivered its first dlc 4 months after release for the same price as 2042s premium and were 6 months in and have yet to see a single drop of new content shits sad.

Again, even before all that started, when there was the biggest numbers the game had, you still couldn’t get one for PC only. Because they blatantly only fill a quarter of a server and then have the programming try to fill it with console players but that doesn’t work. I spent an hour cycling lobbies, often running into the same people. If there’s 5-7 lobbies of 20+ people waiting for a PC only match, they can make servers for it. That’s the problem, they aren’t. They are FORCING cross play on people. Sure now your issue is there’s not enough players, so yes you have to play cross play. But my main issue is they were/are forcing you into it

like in bf4 you have no specific server browser for just the gamemodes in the selectors for conquest and what not. the server browser is still separate, its customly hosted games.
there's a difference between the main gamemodes from the dedicated servers and the custom servers in all the battlefield games though
