@fervent grotto I agree, the rocket exploding and the rubble is awesome but on a map so big it can go completely unnoticed, where in bf4 it usually changed the flow of combat. I think that the maps need to be roughed up a bit and look more like the war torn world they make it out to be ( luckily we know they are already working on that) and have more dynamic destruction that makes game play more interesting when attacking and defending a point. but before al of that they need to balance and make the game feel good when it comes to base mechanics. which is what this next update should be starting to do. here is to hoping.

In my opinion, despite the overwhelming negative reviews, like you guys already said. The game has its base, and it has stabilized way quicker than a lot of titles that released similarly. It’s working to integrate features, QoL and bug adjustments and we’ll be getting content after DICE witch hunts most bugs

It doesn’t really make sense that mackay and his mobility can be combined with a gadget and gun you’d normally see assigned to a recon type of class setup but beyond that I don’t think it causes much of a balancing concern either. It just doesn’t make sense to people considering how the traditional class system always functioned

Like, dice already probably has the specialists for S1 already prepped to go, the maps we have now are designed for specialist abilities to all be utilized in one way or another, no doubt this’ll translate to future maps as well, and that’s not even starting how much specialists are core to the game
