Well in BC2 the tracer dart was the only way to lock on so people just used the extra armor, extra main gun damage or secondary weapon, but in Portal if you play pure BC2 the Bradley can have the armor upgrade, main weapon upgrade, secondary and counter measures all equipped.

And oddly the grenade launchers in portal are counted as attachments and not as gadgets just like in 2042, but the defibrillator in portal is a gadget and not a passive like in 2042.

personally i never got to the point where id focus on availibility of content or guns because i was getting some persistent error, then i couldnt get a match easily and when i finally did, i couldnt respawn due to that respawn bug , after 2 hours of this ordeal i decided to uninstalled this game
