i've experienced the vehicle ads bug the most while using it, and sometimes it gets glitched in the grenade firing animation and when you fire it plays the grenade launching sound, it only fixes if you quickly switch to another attachment and back, its a weird bug

i havent been in vehicles so i cant confirm. there was something i ran into the other day where i couldnt aim but i could do everything else. i died too fast to try and fix it. only saw this once.
and res bug should be fixed, the only thing that isnt fixed is when you get downed and your body goes inside an object and people cant revive you from there.
